- DRDebra Rose1 day ago1.0This place is ridiculous 😒. Prices are ridiculous for the amount you pay and the amount you receive. The young people who work here have no clue about customer service. Where is the training? Once upon a time they had competent clerks and now they just hire these people to run a shift. They don't know how to speak properly to a customer and where is the respect? There is none! You speak and ask questions and they look at you like you are from another planet. Good attitude has been lacking in this establishment for a very long time. And the smell of the theaters? When is the last time they have been cleaned? We love to go to the movies but this theater takes the cake!
- DPDavid Parker4 days ago5.0I know this is hard to believe yet this was my first time to go to the Cinemark Bistro. My wife and I went to see Sarah's Oil. I love the way we can book ahead, skip the ticket line walk right in and get popcorn, snacks, and drinks. We found are seats, it was clean and neat in our area. Seating was really nice, my wife even brought her lap blanket. We held hands, laughed, and really enjoyed our time there. I noticed that several times food was brought in to others around us. You can order food from the bistro and they bring it right to you. I think I may try it again. God bless yall.
