  My first visit about a week ago I missed about 20 minutes of the middle of a movie, and had to take an emergency urination break in the bushes behind the theater due to a broken water pipe. My second experience last night I got stuck in the middle of trying to get to/from the theater to get a refill by a raid of like 20 people gate crashing the ticket taker and trying to storm into a theater + security/staff blocking the hall + the police getting called. Granted this wasn't really the theaters fault but neither of my first visits made for a very pleasant experience. The motors on the dream loungers are LOUD when they recline, but they are comfortable. The sound experience in the standard theaters isn't great. If possible I recommend going to a movie in one of the Superscreen DLX theaters instead for a more enjoyable listening experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the concession line is incredibly long considering you can just order food directly to your seat. I probably won't make the drive again, but if you're on the North Shore I guess its passable since it's basically the only theater that side of the bridge.

  Really comfortable seats, Dolby sound was amazing. I don't really have any negatives. I didn't try any food or drinks.

  I love this theater so much! Just saw Hail Mary last night and had a great time! The seats and food are perfect
