- BPbrentlie prewittOct 8, 20251.0everytime me and my friend went to cinemark it was an amazing experience but, tonight we went and this worker bothered us and stared at us the whole time.mind u there was maybe 9 people in this movie theater. this worker kept coming up to us saying to get off of our phones, we werent distracting anyone, we was on the top row. we did not play any sounds only texting. I was texting my mother when he came up to me (2nd time) there was not once where we were bothering anyone. finally the last time before we left there was about 15 mins left of the movie and he comes up saying he saw us texting. this time i was not texting, my friend interfered and said how it was weird he said something to me and yet not her because she was on her phone while i was not.

Sound from other houses coming into the house I’m in disturbing my film. Not turning down the lights at showtime requiring me to leave the beginning of my film to make a request. Houses not clearly labeled with film titles. Having to ask repeatedly which house my film is in. Very disappointing, Cinemark At Richmond Centre!
