She asked no questions, she just took care of it, including getting my ordered meal delivered to the new showroom. This was true customer service and shows why this is my preferred theater in town even though it is across town from where I live.

I came plenty throughout the summer and into the holidays, and then stopped visiting in January due to a lack of movies that interested me. Recently I've come back and after a few visits I'm not sure I want to return. I know these kind of places have quick turnarounds with staffing, but where did everyone go?? There's maybe 3 people still working here that don't seem completely miserable. My usual box office and concessions people are gone, even the bartenders I liked seem to be missing or barely working. It's like the soul of this building has been sucked out. Nobody seems happy to be here, not just employees but the owners too. Why were there still Christmas decorations in March? Don't get me wrong there are still a few great people here, but wow is this place different with just a few missing faces.
