  Malibu Jack's was a fun experience for me and my family. We celebrated my son's 7th birthday there. Great food, clean facility, and great customer service from the employees💯✨

  Awesome place with awesome staff. Jonathan was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions since we were first time visitors. We will definitely be back.

  A simple malfunction on a game machine...call Christian! He's extremely professional and sweet as can be! Malibu Jacks is very clean and that's hard to do in such an active place! Good to.es were had by all! We may never go to the fair again!

  Everytime we go here me and my kids get sick I just got off the phone with the manager Jonathan, and he only specified that they only cleaned the bounce houses twice a day so therefore any germs that are accumulating in the morning until the end of the day is just sitting there they take no proper precautions and cleaning it in the meantime and I am done doing business here. I don’t even wanna do another birthday party here because of how disgusting and filthy this facility is and they think it’s OK and then the manager Jonathan says oh well we try twice a day is not really trying that hard If you wanted to protect the kids that are going to this facility for fun you would do that more often but now that we all know Malibu Jack’s is germ city I will no longer be spending any more money here I will never book a party here again cause every time I come to this dirty facility me or my kids are getting sick. Nobody wants to go spend money to go get sick. I don’t see how that doesn’t make sense to Jonathan, but hopefully somebody hurry her up can reach back out cause I really would like to be compensated for my time that I wasted. I am now out of work for four days now because of the sickness I got from Malibu jacks thanks a lot.

  My 11 year old Son (5th grader) was told he was “Too tall” for the giant bounce house. He just jumped on them this past August. I’m 30, 5’5 pushing 200 lbs and I’m not even too big for a bounce house that size! He literally only went to Malibu jacks for the bounce house and a game of laser tag. Crazy! I have even played through the entire bounce station just this past August.
