Our guests and kids were able to have an amazing time completely on our party package without needing to spend more money. We spent 3 hours having a great time. We will return.

We were here almost 2 weeks ago and my 9year old was able to play in the beach play area no problem. So today we bought tickets today for him and his two younger siblings and went back to the area to play and the man working said he was over the height requirement to enter the area. Very upsetting when you see children the same height as my son some even taller and older and they are running around getting to play and my son who was here just prior is now unable to play. He is only 9 and a good gentle kid and it felt like he was completely cast out while exceptions for other children were made. Why? Why the inconsistencies of who is allowed in and who’s not? Highly disappointed we asked for a refund and left and will not return. I never post bad reviews but this one has me very bothered and upset.

All-in-all a fun amusement place to take kids for a day if you have the money for it. Pretty expensive and it is easy to go through a lot of money if you don't keep a close eye on your kids. 😁
- MHMary HowardDec 28, 20255.0Wow! I cant thank this location enough for the experience my family had today. We brought our autistic daughter to celebrate her 9th birthday. Every single staff member we encountered was beyond professional and patient with us. We had multiple rides that patiently waited for my daughter to come through her difficult moments squatted in the floor. They held the ride open for her and gave her the space she needed. Then happily allowed her to join the ride once she was able. We had unlimited cards and they allowed her to stay on and ride as many times as she wanted. Sadly this is not the standard treatment everywhere. I cant thank you Louisville Malibu Jack for making it your buisness standard. You have gone above and beyond and it hasn't gone unnoticed! This was our first time every coming to your establishment and it won't be the last. Again thank you from the bottom of my mama's heart.
