  So disappointed in Malibu Jacks Louisville. I have been taking my children here monthly if not 2 times a month as it is the perfect spot for my 20 month old but also my 8 year old. We have NEVER had a problem before. We showed up ready to have fun just to be turned away from the bounce beach and told that my son is “too tall” my son is 50 inches and maybe 55 lbs at most. The employee said he was not allowed in. the signage at the front counter states “12 and under” but yet no one could explain this to me. We have had 3 birthday parties here and spent thousands of dollars. We will not be back. very disappointed in this new “rule” as the ladies at the front desk called it.

  This had to be one of the best places I have seen for so many things to do and play with the kids. We had just walked in and got the unlimited play. So maybe these games I have seen before but had not played and it was fun. The food was good and loved the rides.

  The attractions and games are great, but I advise against scheduling a child's party for this venue. We bought 2hr unlimited times passes, pizza, drinks, etc. We had everything but the bowling alley. Over $500 spent. The pizza was 45 minutes late with the drinks coming out warm and full of water where ice had melted while sitting. Our host disappeared once the food arrived. This would not have been a big deal, except the play cards start running the clock on the 2hrs of play once swiped. Since I had a party of any small children and adults, they went to play while we waited for the late food. Once I finally located our host, she told us there was nothing they could do to give us the time back but we could have 15 more minutes at our pizza table (you only get an hour at their seating area). Basically, the children were shorted play time because of the mistake. I paid for 2 hours, they essentially got 45 minutes off the card. Once time is up, the cards start pulling from the balance instead of free play. Luckily we had added $40 each to every card. In addition to the time/card ordeal, the adults had wristbands (well 6 out of the 10 we paid for did. The host never came back with the 4 missing bands). We were told that was so the children would not be shorted play for the rides that required adult supervision. Every ride we took, they still swiped the cards twice. I paid for wristbands that were worthless. Remember, we got shorted on the 2hrs of unlimited play. So, double charging the cards once the time ran out cut the remaining $40 balance in half. Hope they get it together. It's a nice place, but service and value are everything. Advise families that still wish to go simply go for paid games and party/dine elsewhere. I won't be spending anymore time or money here until someone makes this right. My wife has tried to contact them, but nobody will answer the phone or an email. We're currently reaching out to the parent company, Five Star Parks. Hopefully they will help.

  Malibu Jack’s is a great spot for a rainy day when you need to get the kids out of the house. The indoor playground is perfect for little ones to burn off some energy, and there are plenty of games and activities to keep older kids entertained too. Everything is clean, well-run, and the staff was helpful. It is on the expensive side, so go in expecting to spend some money. The upside is that the kids really have a good time, and it feels worth it for the break and the fun. Overall, a solid place for family time when you want something active indoors. I would go again.

  Birthday party was a success! The kids had lots of fun. The party reservation staff communicated with me via text and email multiple times prior to my reserved date to verify everything and go over options. Party staff on site were helpful. The check in process was quick and easy and everything was set up as discussed. The value is about the same, if not better than other options in town like the trampoline parks etc and I believe the staff is a lot more attentive and professional than I have experienced that those places. I would definitely recommend.
