  Awesome place! Indoor theme park with things for all ages to do. Rides, bounce house, roller coasters, games, go karts and so much more.

  I went there to have a wonderful time with family. And we were trying to do the BOGO on the app it wasn't working. Along with 5 other people. We asked for a manager and nothing for 45 mins. Did hear over radio that a fight broke out (which is sad at a kids place). But there was other employees standing around. So went to talk to a lady named Chloe and her name tag said Supervisor. She instantly had an attitude when I said we waiting 45 min. She proceeded to tell me that my problem didn't need a Supervisor or Manager and they had a fight break out. Then she dismissed me with a look on her face and on bottom of name tag. It says everyone leave happy. I said we'll I guess thays not true and she said what. I said oh the part on your name tag that says Everyone leaves happy. PD was already on way. And there were 2 other Supervisors around her but talking it up to each other laughing. I guess that was more important then talking to a paying customer when on a time limit. Chloe definitely needs a few courses in Customer service, how she is a Supervisor not sure. She be better off taking tickets from people. Finally got ahold of Shelby the manager and she was very apologetic and I told her whats going on and she was not happy Chloe talked like that to customers. Now even though Shelby did an outstanding job I stick cant give more then a 1 star cause of Chloe. Some things are to damaging on someomes first visit. Like they say 1st impressions mean the most. So Boo on Chloe and way to go for Shelby.

  Some of the attractions are pretty neat so that’s why there are a couple of stars. Otherwise short staffed, rude employee, overpriced for what you get. I spent $150 on unlimited attractions passes that included BOGO deal online and there was hardly anyone there to actually work the attractions. The woman at the front desk was rude and cold. We don’t plan on going back.

  Do not take your kid here they expect your kid to play by themself even if they are 2 years old unbelievable will not be spending no more money here terrible costumer service only good thing was the front desk lady was understanding on the reason why we wanted a refund and the place was filthy a breeding ground for Covid flu etc bounce beach not to mention the man they had standing around the bounce beach was very threatening and demanding this place deserves to be shut down I will be talking with the health department and the bbb thinking bout talking to my lawyer horrible exposure once again do not bring your kids are family here nothing works very unsanitary an rude staff now I have had some thoughts I will contact my lawyer because they up charged on top of that

  Fun for the kids but be ready to spend a LOT. Games range in prices but none are low cost. One game was $5 per, even the scoop a small piece or two of candy game was $1.25 amd dont get me started on the crane games. I would wager you'd have better odds at a casino to win vs the house. I think we spent $40 just trying one game, picking up and watching it drop repeatedly. Its actually very sad they have them set that way. No doubt they are making bank. Then there are the rides. These can be paid for per ride, or unlimited day pass for $50 per person. We had a BOGO deal so we got four. There are not that many rides so we about broke even vs paying for each. There are a lot of birthday parties going on. Very little actual seating throughout the area, and even fewer trash cans. Its amazing how badly both are needed! Overall majority of my party said one and done. Malibu needs to offer a game play pass like Chuck E Cheese. Buy xx card for 30 minutes of play, xx card for an hour. And that ride pass.. is a joke, not worth it. Again, the kids enjoyed it but realistically its over priced and not that great. I will be passing if asked to go again.
