  Half the games are broken. Charges $7 for a game that half the seats and gun don't work. Doesn't even have their signature slab pizza but expects you to buy two 14" pizzas instead. Won't be back here. This place is a pure DUMP. Staff has nasty attitudes. GO TO GATTITOWN INSTEAD.

  We have been here several times and I have always found the staff to be rude and disconnected. We were there for a school event with my child's special needs class and after they ate in the food area, the staff cleaned the area for the next school. My son needed to sit down for a minute and he pulled out a chair and one of the staff came and told us we could not sit there because they were setting it up for another class. There is literally nowhere else to sit, and he didnt even have his hands or body anywhere near the table. I told the lady he just needed to sit in a chair for a minute and she said I understand but you cant sit here. We left after this. I would have made a complaint but it wouldnt do any good, they have been rude before and I rarely give bad reviews. I understand places aren't open just to serve me and my family, but this was a special needs class and he just needed to sit down.

  Extremely Over Priced for a table and some chairs only. Planner gave inaccurate information. Non-refundable deposits and management staff did not make it right. Rides and attractions were good for the kids. We have no plans of returning ever for financial reasons as well as the poor customer service.

  The staff is not friendly at all. They all act like its an inconvenience to serve you. My kids had a good time at least that's why im giving it 3 stars. The bathrooms were disgusting with no toilet paper in several stalls. the men's restroom had fecal matter all over the place and both bathrooms smelled awful. The place just does not feel clean. They dont explane how things work very well. Also several of the games were down. Im glad the kids had fun but I doubt we will be back.

  This was an amazing experience! We stopped here for my son for a school event. He had a blast with the rides, enjoying a round of mini-golf, and his favorite - the twist & shout (went about 20 something rounds) At one point the ride did malfunction, nothing major, just got stuck a little too far from the platform. The staff were amazing helping to get it fixed, and even comped the next 2 rides for him because of the issue. I used this to roast him a bit, told him he rode it too much he broke it! :D I love the atmosphere, and the food is excellent. Really loved the jerk chicken tacos! I would highly recommend this place for any event or party, or just for a nice outing with the family. Thank you all for a fantastic time!
