  Love going here. We take our three kids and there is something for everyone. The bounce beach is great for littles, especially since it’s fenced in.

  We've hosted 2 parties here and it is well worth the price. The kids get to play multiple attractions for a few hours.

  I'm honestly even shocked that I have to give Malibu Jacks a 3 star review because we have been long time visitors for many years and loved this place. This review comes after we booked for our son's birthday party in their beach space (something we completely missed when booking which we otherwise wouldn't have booked for if we knew it would be shared or not properly demarcated and closed off). We spoke with one of the sales people on the phone and she was absolutely very nice which is what made us actually book. We overlooked the contract as we had already spoke with the sales person on the phone about booking and what comes with it. I just wish it was clearly stated that this would be a shared space with no clear demarcations to make it atleast even semi- private. The room was very loud and crowded and we were forced to be around other people which was also unpleasant not only to us but to some of our older guests who ended up leaving. We also were almost charged double for our gamecards because the workers missed the part where we had paid prior to the day. A little suggestion would be to section out the shared spaces with something to avoid crowds intermingling and helping with keeping the parties private. We also suggest the sales team telling people ahead of time when they make those phone calls about how the place is shared with other parties and can be very loud and rowdy. Something else noted was the X-Rider machine not functioning well and needs upgrading. And lastly the restaurant, please work on keeping it clean and working on how orders are taken. The wait time to make an order was extremely long and the front ordering station was so chaotic it was hard to make an order so we ended up leaving. Needless to say- we tried to make the best out of the day, but honestly had to be one of the most chaotic and stressful day at malibu jacks and saf it had to be on our son's birthday 🥹

  We always enjoyed playing miniature golf at this location, but they’ve recently raised the price at least three dollars per person to play golf this year. It has honestly become unreasonable in all our guest opinion on something that has a much lower upkeep then sets say the electric racing cars which did not seem to get that cost bump. So we found alternative that has affordable miniature golf.

  I would have given it 3 stars, but had to add an extra star for the staff, who’s super duper friendly. The prices here are very high, and even after spending $30 on arcade games, the ticket prizes were extremely meager and disappointing. My son had fun, so we’ll probably come back, but only once I’ve saved up enough money! lol If you want to avoid big crowds, go on a weekday or earlier in the day.
