  Went yesterday with a group of friends. In the past it has been fun, but recently the place has gone downhill. I spent $125 in total for a day pass and then I added $75 more to my play card. Most games are expensive to play, if the machine even worked. I didn't directly count, but there were at least 10 machines broken throughout the place. I ended up only spending about $25 on that card and going to play mini-golf with my friends(which I might add the golf ball dispenser was broken). Will not be going again to this Malibu Jacks.

  Was okay but a bit disappointing compared to other locations. Half the games were closed for maintenance when we went, and we had one of our kids get injured on a ride. But other than that, it was fun! And we were compensated for our troubles with extra tickets. Friendly and helpful staff, especially in the bar/restaurant

  We’ve been coming to Malibu Jack’s for several years. Unfortunately, it seems the staffing isn’t adequate enough to meet the challenges of being open to the public. While initial first impressions may give you the idea that it is a clean, kid friendly place once you walk and observe the facility you may think otherwise. Taking my 5 year old daughter to the restroom was quite the experience. The large/handicap stall had a large hole in the dry wall and the door would not latch shut. Later we attempted to use a different restroom and it also wouldn’t latch shut. The restroom was in disarray and did not have paper towels and ALL hand dryers had a hand written note stating they were out of order. We thought we would try the restrooms up front closest to the bowling alley and restaurant but those were closed. We were attending a friends birthday party and they had lots of opportunity as well, but since they weren’t my problems I will leave them out. In addition, I have attempted for the last 2 days to reach someone at this location in regards to a potentially lost item (key fob). Every time I call, no one answers and I’m directed to leave a voicemail. I have. In addition, I also receive a text message letting me know I may also text with them and they will respond to my questions. Again, disappointment.

  I went here today and it was very busy. I bought the unlimited attractions pass online that was BOGO. I thought it automatically gave me the other pass when I bought one since It was buy one get one and I put the promo code in. I was wrong, and the guy at the counter said it would only give it to me when I purchased 2 and it would make the second one free. I thought he would go ahead and give me the other pass since I didn't know but he did not. He made me buy another one ($48). That really made me mad because he seen where I put the promo code in and still did not care. It was not like he would of had to give me a free ticket, it was supposed to be free anyways! Also 2 of the attractions were not even working and if people are buying the unlimited attractions pass everything should be working. A lot of the games were not working either.

  Thankful to have a place in Lexington to take my kids too however if you are looking for a place of cleanliness and safety, this is not your place. Workers don’t check kids to seat if they are strapped in their seats which was a major concerns to the point we didn’t allow our kids to ride anymore. Bathrooms is super dirty. Restaurant process and food options is very limited. You order from a QR code and people were confused and had additional items they needed so they had to order from the bartender because he was the only person onsite site. There was a line from the bartender to the wall of the restaurant because so many people needing things. Honestly we have been going to Malibu Jacks for years but we just don’t see a need or want to go back anymore. We will be looking for other options for our kids.
