The theater we were in had two black spots on the screen towards the middle and top - was rather distracting. Not sure if it was holes in the screen or just gunk that somehow got up there but definitely took away from the experience. The volume was louder than it needed to be. The movie was supposed to start at 1:55pm but after all the ads and previews it didn't actually start until after 2:20pm - which seemed a bit excessive. The chairs have heaters though, which was very nice and the bathrooms were clean.
