- SHSierra HildrethApr 3, 20261.0I’ll start by saying my child did have fun on the inflatables, however I was pretty let down by the experience. The whole places smells bad, but if you walk into the bathrooms be prepared to gag - it’s awful. There’s splatter all over the stalls that they evidently do not clean. The tables are sticky. You can see dirt & smudges over all the play equipment from lack of cleaning. We were there right at open, so it’s not like they had a busy day of buildup. Half of the arcade games were out of order. In the 2 hours we were there we observed two different grown men sitting alone, with no children or noticeable affiliation with Jump!Zone. The kids kept commenting they were uncomfortable with these men just sitting there & watching them, and honestly so were the moms! I only went because it was free with a pogo pass, but even then it’s not worth all the germs my child touched in their facility. Poor management.
