  Went to see Hoppers (super cute by the way). The kiosk that you can print your tickets was done, no biggie. We arrived about 10 minutes before the movie was scheduled to start. We stopped at concessions, the young person working seemed to not care about anything, no biggie. We get in the theater, sit down and the screen is black (no sound either). So I waited until 5 minutes after the movie was scheduled to start and had to go ask someone to start it. As we were leaving, the restroom was disgusting, every stall was dirty or had no toilet paper. I think I'll drive to Ohio from now on to go to Cinemark.

  I had an absolute horrible experience…I mean I will never be back and I’ve been coming here since I’ve grown up. Alexis, the ticketer (who wasn’t involved in my situation) inserted herself, and was the most insecure, rude, attitude filled individual I have come across in customer service. I was baffled at her lack of accommodation, and her fake politeness when the manager entered the situation. He made it known that the employees would pick up the trash left, and she demanded I throw the empty random water bottle away or I wouldn’t see my movie. Ironic that she was quiet when the boss was around. As soon as he was gone the big bag attitude came right back out. I am mortified at the lack of human compassion and respect, especially as someone who is working and owes politeness to the consumer. We wanted a refund on the movie as the whole experience wa drained, and didn’t even watch it- but yet the novice level employee ALEXIS demanded that wouldn’t happen. ALEXIS ALEXIS ALEXIS needs to be fired…as someone who managed and been in customer service myself, I’m disgusted and appalled Florence Cinemark has allowed her, her horrible attitude, and unpleasant appeal continue to work and unfortunately drive customers away. I have provided a photo so people can STEER CLEAR OF ALEXIS!! RUDE MEAN HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE!! definitely takes advantage of the little to no power she has! It’s a blurry photo but definitely a distinct individual and can easily make her out in person by the photo…

  Every staff member I encountered were rude and disrespectful to say the least, inclusive of the “manager”. I will never ever visit this movie theatre ever again. Regal will gain a loyal customer and as many others I can convince to part ways with Cinemark!! Florence, KY location you should be ashamed of yourself.

  On Easter, my family decided to go see the new Mario movie. We were made to step aside to speak to a manager as my autistic daughter has to bring a sports bottle to drink from. When no manager was available, we were told to talk to a group of staff members that said only the general manager can make an exception and they were not there. This is insane that someone with disabilities has to go through so many hoops to watch a movie with their sports bottle. It wasn’t enough that we spent over $100 on food from concessions. Our family will not be going back. This was a disappointing experience for our family and on Easter!

  The guy taking tickets was a bit rude. Took his job a little too seriously. The girl working the counter wasn't really qualified to work the counter. She struggled just simply entering our order. She got an attitude because she kept grabbing things we never even asked for. Even after aski5us repeatedly what we wanted. And then she d grab the wrong stuff and be awkward to us about it. Very odd way to treat customers. Pricing is extremely outrageous. 4 people to see Mario, with 2 popcorns,a very small pizza, 3 drinks and 2 candies, it was $160.
