They only let us have one background which is basically the yearbook photo. My son even had his hat and cowboy boots with him that he wanted to wear and they wouldn’t let him. So much for good senior pictures. DO NOT GO HERE
- BHBridget HagyJul 16, 20241.0People are very nice at Prestige Portraits, however it’s been 5 weeks since my son had his REQUIRED yearbook photos taken here. We also had additional photos taken for his senior pics. Now, after making a second in-person visit to the studio (because you can’t call and get a human on the phone) WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PROOFS! They said we would have the proofs “in about 2-3 weeks” and it’s been 5 weeks. The second trip there, the lady said there was an issue with the entire date of photos taken on June 13 and none of them had been sent to the lab for processing. She assured me I would get a call back to follow up either the day I was there or the next business day. Still nothing. No updates. No proofs. I’m going to have to make a third in-person drive there because that’s the only way to talk to them. Boone County schools needs to find a different photo option for senior yearbook photos. Customer service here so awful after the appointment!

My only complaint is that my photographer got switched mid session and I got another one who didn't build rapport with me at all. Which kinda ruined the rest of the pictures. Rapport is very important and I wasn't as impressed with her compared to the previous photographer.
