Had to put my coat BACK ON with the hood UP halfway through the movie and when it was over, and the lights came on, I realized I wasn't the only one! It's always a nice experience, but NOT ONCE have I ever seen an employee walk into the middle of the theater to check on the customer experience -- too loud and too cold ONLY works for the movie FROZEN... and even then, those people won't "Let It Go" either. Check on your patrons beyond the snack bar and it will be a better experience for everyone.

The only thing , I feel that can change is I had no idea that I could receive 20% off on my concession order until I was already in my seat watching the previews . Maybe post it near the food ordering area so people know to have their phones out to receive their points. Also in favor of bringing back 1 free refill on the popcorn’s with the big combo meals. I was able to ask about my points and a wonderful Gentleman named Prince at concession helped us to get the points we were supposed to receive. Give that man a raise he was amazing and went out of his way to help us . Thank you for helping us. Will definitely return with my family .
