We purchased tickets online, went inside to print them & after successfully doing so an employee rushed us saying “Ma’am, this is for employees only!” Yet there wasn’t an employee standing there at 7:30 on a Saturday night. I proceeded to tell him that the self serve ticket booth wasn’t working and another employee pointed us to the other side but didn’t help us with tickets. Either have staff at their appropriate stations or log out of the computers because anyone with a brain can walk up and print their own tickets. There is ZERO reason to chastise a paying customer for an employee’s mistake. I don’t expect business professionalism from movie theater employees but I will not be made to feel like I did something wrong when multiple employees made mistakes and I will not be rushed and rudely corrected by an usher. Bathroom were repulsive. Toilets were filthy, paper products all over the floor, no toilet paper in any stall, toilet seat covers had been shredded to use as TP & thrown behind the toilet, and not an ounce of soap at either sink station.

When we went to purchase tickets, the staff member asked for IDs, which we provided without issue. However, he also asked for my sister’s ID and ultimately refused to let her in, even though both my partner and I are adults and could act as her guardians. We explained this, but he still denied us entry, so we ended up leaving. It is a Rated R movie but in most scenarios if a guardian of the age of 21 is present then it would be okay. The worker didn’t state this or talk to us about it. He just said no. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I don’t plan on returning.
