  I recently went to Cinemark to watch Hail Mary and had one of the best movie theater experiences I’ve had in a long time. The theater itself was super clean, the seats were comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. The sound and picture quality were amazing, which made the whole movie way more enjoyable. What really stood out though was the customer service—especially an employee named Rylan. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed like he cared about making people’s experience better. I lost my way and Rylan guided me on the right path back to the correct theater. Whether it was helping with tickets or just greeting people with a positive attitude, he made a big difference. It’s not often you notice employees at places like this, but Rylan definitely stood out in the best way possible. Cinemark is lucky to have someone like him on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Not the greatest but certainly not the worst I've been to. Small theaters (small capacity) seats and whole place could use some tlc..but food was ok and ticket prices good.
