  Just went to see an early movie today. I arrived 15 minutes before the movie started. All the doors were locked. I couldn't get into the lobby to by a ticket. There were cars alongside so i know the employees were there. Looks like I'll be going to Portage from now on to catch a movie.

  Its what youd expect nothing more nothing less these days there are only a select few movies that are considered worth it to go to an actual theater and spend your hard earned money on so choose wisely!

  My first time ever going to this movie theater. Couple we went with, didnt read their tickets correct. Innocent mistake, sitting in the wrong seats. We were never asked by patrons if we were in wrong seats and could move. Certainly, if they had asked we would have moved. Instead they decided to get an employee. The theater was NOT sold out so there were many empty seats. This was the start of our horrible experience. Instead of employee asking us to move to an empty seat. We were made out to be a spectacle in front of all movie goers. Couple we were with showed their tickets and was escorted to the seats on tickets. However there was a person sitting in our seat. Employee DID NOT ask that person what their ticketed seat was and just told to move down. So yes I spoke up saying if your going to make us sit in OUR ASSIGGNED seats then that person, should have been checked as well. Employee said "all these seats down here are empty so that doesnt matter. Just like many in the upper seats were empty. In beginning of movie it says to silent phones. Nothing about not being on your phone. 2nd approach came when employee told my husband to put his phone away. Again being singled out, the ones who were asked to move out of our seats were on their phones as well and talking, but never spoken too. The movie screen is up above my husband's phone was not in view of movie screen or sound on. It wasnt necessary to been snitched about. Since the lighting low. We felt very targeted due to our ethnicity. So, yes my husband made that comment. Uncalled for...yes. We were being targeted. As others were getting away with the same activities we were doing. By 3rd time these individuals came at us through employees they had an officer there. We were escorted out. All people are supposed to be treated equally. The others on their phones were not told anything. These same people clapped when we got escorted out. At that time, equally they should have been removed too. Always been able to whisper to each other and use a phone, on silent. Do better and treat all equal. We were offered free tickets, due to the prejudice We will NEVER return to this location and was given a refund.

  Accidentally bought tickets in wrong row. Theater was empty when arrived. Didnt see the issue. The attendant came in asking to see our tickets then made us move to our ticketed seats. She then asked person in ours to move, but not asking to see his ticket and make them sit in their assigned seat. If that was possible for him to sit wherever. Then to be fair, that same courteous to him should be given t9 all. Being able to sit in a different empty seat. Especially when there are MANY empty seats. This was the issue. Totally ruined the experience.
