  I really liked the new recliners because the new seats are heated!! I love the popcorn and the huge movie selection. The bathrooms are always clean and plenty of stalls for everyone. My only complaints would be...it's a little expensive at the snack counter and the wait at the snack counter is pretty slow. Thankfully, every movie has a ton of previews, so there's plenty of time to wait in the snack line. lol

  The movie was scheduled to start at 5:25, but it didn’t actually begin until 5:50. I understand a few minutes of previews, but 25 minutes is excessive. If a start time is posted, the movie should start around that time. If we wanted to sit through that many commercials, we’d just watch live TV. Another issue was how cold the theater was. It was uncomfortably freezing in Room 14. Are you turning the AC up so people feel forced to buy blankets? Because that’s honestly how it felt. This was during the showing of Zootopia on 1/1/2026, and overall it really took away from the experience.

  I was here on Christmas Eve to see the never Avatar movie again this time seeing it on the ScreenX. I honestly do not like the ScreenX. I was in Auditorium 1, the side screens are at a way lower refresh rate, so it kind of throws you off when they first come on. They aren't on the entire movie either. It's every few scenes through out the movie. You get used to it coming and going, but it can't be a bit disorienting when it first happens. The audio also in Auditorium 1 needs to be fixed ASAP. When there were any loud explosions, or the tulkun were talking, the speakers would peak so loud that it was as if there was a screeching in the room. It was ear piercing. The audio is also funky in general, as the left side is louder then the right. The seats that they consider an upgrade are more definitely not an upgrade. They are so much smaller and they are a bit uncomfortable after sitting for a while. On the bright side, the theater was very clean, the seats were clean, bathrooms were clean and the staff was extremely polite. As for the movie going experience, the general community needs to remember that you are going to a movie theater, not watching a movie in your home. So many people around us were talking at full volume multiple times throughout the movie, and people were actively sitting and scrolling on their phones which was extremely distracting. I know it's not something the theater can control, but it's still an annoyance.

  Warning: Do not watch movies in the Screen X auditorium (Screen 1). The screens themselves are cool, but even with the upgrades; the sound system has been broken since the release of Twisters. A horrible blown speaker will ruin any movie you see in this Auditorium (Wicked, Twisters, Alien Badlands, Avatar Fire and Ash to name a few). Unfortunately it’s safe to say it’s worth the 60 minute drive to an IMAX location instead for every major 2026 release.

  used to be great til they changed the chairs, theyre less wide now and less cushiony, makes it clear they just wanna fit more seats in the theater. they also have really weird swivel trays now, and the seat doesnt have an opening divider anymore so you can't cuddle up to your loved one anymore. they were pretty alright i guess, but the experience made me feel like i was flying on a shitty airline. we went to go see avatar 3 in 3d tonight. please be aware when you go here to see atleast THIS MOVIE in particular, you will be watching ads and movies for about half an hour while you wait for the movie to begin. and even then, the preview time after the scheduled time has a bunch of ads sprinkled in. and this is AFTER the scheduled time the movie begins. the movie was scheduled for 11:15 and i was waiting for the movie to begin until around 11:40. so make sure you get there late. normally, it takes 15 minutes or so, which is fine, but this time cinemark REALLY wanted their ad profit margins to go up. I was about ready to just call it quits and go ask for a refund because I thought they just forgot to start the movie.
