  Really tired of the movie expierence getting ruined by adolescent teans who talk and are on their phones the entirety of a film. There is zero reason anyone below the age of 10 needs to see Scream 7. Also pro tip if you are taking your kids to an adult film, please teach proper eating etiquette. I shouldnt have to listen to your child munching popcorn 8 seats away or yourself for that matter. (This has become the usual) Tonight was ridiculous. 26 bucks for two tickets. Another 20 bucks for concessions. Out 46 bucks. 6 teens came to see Undertone. They came in 20 minutes after the movie had started. Using flashlights. Talking loudly. Making fart sounds. Quite a few people seemed to be looking in their direction along with myself and not the movie which more than half of was a silent film. Complete waste of my time and money, and ultimately a trashed date night. Cinemark DO better at screening people, and not letting people in. There is 20 minutes of commercials, so realistically these kids came 40 minutes late to the movie. After what point in time do you refuse people in? If I cant buy tickets 20 minutes after show time, they shouldn't be aloud in 20 minutes after start... It disrupts everyone and the surroundings. This is also becoming a common theme. I am a platinum member, and spend a boat load of money here. I am about to cancel my membership and go to crap AMC up the street for a quiet expierence and get the membership there. Not like you guys care what so ever or anyone else. Im sure all of you get paid less than 14 bucks an hour. So why would you or even find the motivation to care? Anyways. Enough ranting. All in all. Do better. Even with an adult, children under 16 should not be aloud to enter a rated R film. Us adults would like the expierence that we are finally old enough to enjoy. I remember seeing signs as a kid, no rated R entry after 6pm. What happened with that???

  Very nice theater. Clean, fresh and huge! They have delicious theater snacks and adult beverages! Recliner seats with heat. Total win!

  Went to see Wuthering Heights after MONTHS of waiting to see it. We found childcare for our 4 kids (10, 4, 2, and 1). The youngest has a bit of colic and makes being a mom at home 24/7 very difficult. We went to see this movie at 10:30 am on a Friday. A younger woman accompanied by another younger girl had a fresh baby who cried THE ENTIRE MOVIE, filled with adult content and was an incredibly loud movie. By the last 3/4 of the movie I was so drained I felt I was sitting at home again with a crying baby that mentally about kills you. I finally ran out of the theater for help and I didn’t notice much change to the situation. I do not recommend this theater ever. The price is incredibly expensive and it MEANT and instructed on screen to be a QUIET experience because it’s a freaking movie theater!!!! It was also a VERY adult movie. Fandango and the theater refuse to give any money back, or take any responsibility.
