  Understaffed. It was fun. But had one kid operating 3 rides. So we had to wait. Sometimes 20 to 30 minutes. For $325 for me, wife and 3 kids. Had to hunt someone down to go bowling. That was $53 more. The one good thing, there was a bartender at the bar the whole time.

  Had my sons birthday party here. There was a staff member who was beyond rude. They didn't give us enough cards to pass out to the kids. When I said something the staff member was rude and kept rolling here eyes and whispering to another staff. I got pulled away to go clean our area. When I told them we had only been there for 30 mins and didn't understand why we need to clean our table she had me follow her to the desk the find out she looked at the wrong time. When the staff member and I were walking over there the staff member the staff member who gave us the cards(who didn't give us enough was rolling her eye to give us the correct amount) said now what's the problem. It was rude. I will never book a party her again it was not stress free and wa more than a hassle. There are plenty of better places in Lafayette to book your party with.

  My son had his 11th birthday party here on a saturday evening. The boys had an absolute blast, the party package was well worth the money. Our party host and all staff were phenomenal. The only issue was them being short staffed and not having enough staff to run all the rides but he staff that was there made sure to move around and let the boys do all they wanted to do, with minimal wait time. It was a great experience.

  Took my son here today to celebrate his birthday and it was $51 for an unlimited ride pass card! The attendant at the counter was not very friendly and didn’t really explain how things work when paying for rides/arcade. So, that $51 card didn’t get you access to the arcade area, you had to pay extra for that! In my opinion it’s a little over priced. Oh and on top of that there were not enough workers to be at every ride to operate it so we had to wait forever for someone or take it upon ourself to ask a worker to radio someone to come operate it! If I’m paying that much for one kid there should be no excuse for that!

  Horrible place to book a party. You spend all this money to make it easier on yourself. Definitely was not. There are so many other places in Lafayette I have booked and have had no problem. I booked during a promotion and have to pretty much argue to get the promotion deal (10 cards then a extra $100 card.) then have the staff continue to make remarks to other employees when they messed my time up with another part and told us we had to start cleaning up and leave. When we tried to communicate before our part no one got back to us until after the party which I find crazy. Over all horrible experience and will never boom again.
