I was honestly pretty disappointed with my experience here, especially considering the price. We paid $45 per person, which is expensive, and for that price I expected everything to be fully operational and organized. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Not all of the rides and attractions were open, and it was very clear that there were not enough employees working. Instead of having staff at all attractions, employees were constantly rotating to whichever attraction had the most attention at the moment. That wasn’t fair to guests, especially since we paid for access to everything, not just whatever happened to be staffed at the time.
On top of that, the building itself felt dim and uninviting. Many of the lights weren’t on, which made the place feel run-down rather than fun and energetic like an arcade and entertainment center should feel.
Another frustrating issue was the inconsistency with access. Some attractions required us to swipe all three cards, while others said our unlimited wristbands were enough. There was no clear explanation, and it turned into a confusing back-and-forth experience that shouldn’t happen when you’ve already paid a premium price.
Overall, for what we paid, this experience did not meet expectations. If you’re going to charge $45 per person, then all attractions should be open, properly staffed, well-lit, and consistent in how access is handled. The biggest improvement needed here is hiring and scheduling more employees so guests can actually enjoy everything they paid for without confusion or long waits.
I really wanted to enjoy this place, but until staffing and organization improve, it’s hard to justify the cost.

There is a pointless thing with the bracelets and the cards when you get a pass. If you have a wristband why am I also having to swipe a card that has the digital band on it. Also why are your games so expensive. 5$s for an arcade game is outrageous. I’ll never be back that is for sure. If I could get my 300$s back for the wristbands I would. That is outrageous for only 11 options of rides for children. Then having to pay 2-10 per arcade game. Jeesh.

First time visit to Lafayette’s Malibu Jacks today and after spending an arm and a leg to get in we we definitely will not be coming back.
I am truly amazed at the level of incompetence and disrespect for safety that the staff here carries towards there customers.
My child is 7 and was on one of the rides, next to her was a much bigger kid that grabbed onto her arm and would not let go of her (he left bruises). As the rides going, I’m trying to explain the situation to staff to stop the ride because there a kid that has ahold of my daughters arm and will not let go.
They stop the ride, and would not go and remove the kid or my daughter “due to mechanical reasons”, and this continued on for 5 minutes after the ride stopped. They did not go up to there seats, or even interrupt the situation, just stood there blindly and told me it would be a few minutes. Absolutely makes zero sense. Fast-forward my kids crying, I finally get her out of the ride and confront management about the situation. Staff had the audacity to offer my kids an ice pack. Yeah how about my money back and hire some competent staff. Never again

Don’t bowl here!
went opening day awhile back and it was very well staffed. the go karts had maintenance issues so they gave us free rides.
Went last weekend and it was terrible. played some arcade games to wait for friends to show up for bowling. finally ready to bowl and the 2 workers not even dressed in uniforms would roll their eyes at us everytime we asked a question. didn’t get shoes for bowling. bar/food was closed. about half way through first game and the pins wouldn’t reset. call for service, nothing. finally just walked out. i know they were short staffed, but we were the only people in there. not coming back!

Family of 5, kids 11,5 and 2 1/2. We were separated almost the whole time because what my kid could could do, the 2 year old couldn't. And vice versa. The 5 year old bounced back and forth in the sweet spot for age and height.
2 year old slipped on sand at mini golf and hit his head on the concrete, so he was done doing that. Toilet was clogged in the bathroom. Wristband/ card thing was weird. One or the other, but both?
Beach playground was cute and kept the little one pretty busy, but don't understand why my oldest was prohibited since it's huge, or why the 2 year old couldn't even ride the swing with an adult. Lots of game options, but avg $2 per play is a lot. Very expensive few hours. Bowling and golf were the only things we actually did altogether.
