I told her it's private but I can give you my home phone. She said, but what if your child gets lost. I said, I will be right there with my child as he is 4 years old. An older employee barged in rudely and said, I could not get in since my phone number is necessary if my child gets lost. What is happening here. This place with such policy gives me the chills. Has some tragedy happened there? I'm perplexed.

I'm not saying it's a vast space, but with what they have they could have it better structured (the one in Michigan comes to mind). Also we're not allowed to bring outside coffee in which would be totally understandable except that they don't sell any coffee of their own, as evidenced in my video. Lastly, they need way more protective padding throughout the play area, especially inside all the wooden structures! Edited to add: arrived at the start of opening and the restrooms had no paper towels! Pretty unimpressive.
