I haven’t been to this comedy club in a while and I’m glad I came back. The venue is clean, the servers are friendly and they do their best to be as out of the way as possible once the show starts. Yes, food and drinks are pricey for what you get, but that’s to be expected at any comedy club. I came to see Christopher Titus and he was absolutely hilarious as always, but I’ll definitely make a point to check upcoming shows as I was very happy with the overall experience at this venue.

Titus is a bleeding liberal. Claims to be a libertarian yet bashed anyone who supports conservative values. Says how bad you are if you're against immigrants. This is exactly what's wrong the far left. They spread lies. Get it straight Titus. I'm not against any immigrants I'm 100% against illegals. We are going after criminal illegals. If you were raped by an illegal or worse murdered you might have a clue. As a rape victim I want every damn criminal gone and the other illegals need to get in line behind the millions doing it the legal way. Shame on you for the lies you push. Very disappointing and disheartening he's so political. Rob Schneider is the best and does comedy about all walks of life. Take notes Titus! The comedian that opened was the best.

We had a good overall experience at the show and were excited to see Russell Peters live. He was entertaining, but we were a bit surprised that his set lasted only about 45 minutes since the event was advertised under his name — we were expecting a longer performance. The venue was organized, and doors opened on time as mentioned on the ticket, which helped us get great seats. Parking was a little challenging due to the mall location, so arriving early is probably the best option. There is a two-item minimum food policy, which felt somewhat expensive for the value. Most of the staff were friendly, though one server could have been more welcoming in her interaction. Food service during the show also caused frequent movement around the seating area, which was somewhat distracting. Overall, it was a pleasant evening with some positives, though a few venue policies and service details could be improved to make the experience smoother.

We purchased VIP tickets for the Russell Peters show at Improv Chicago and unfortunately the experience did not feel VIP at all. We waited in the designated VIP line for about an hour and a half. While we were standing there, they began letting other people in. When I stepped out of line to ask what was going on, I was told those were “prepaid” guests, which was confusing because our tickets were also prepaid VIP tickets. Once we were finally let inside and seated, things did not improve. After we had already started eating and the show had begun, additional guests were seated at our table. It was disruptive and awkward, and not what you expect when paying for a VIP experience. The staff interaction made the night even more frustrating. While we were waiting outside, the security guard was consistently rude and kept telling us to come back at different times, despite us following the instructions given. After the show, while we were waiting briefly for our ride, the same security staff rushed us out and were again unnecessarily abrupt. We were excited to see Russell Peters and he was great, but the venue experience fell far short of what VIP tickets should include. Better organization, clearer communication, and more professional customer service would go a long way.

Place smells like hell. Star of the show is smoking a cigar backstage and is bothering spectators. Some of us are allergic to smoke, also I thought it's illegal to smoke inside.. I wonder what would CDC say to that... Hmm. Oh. I called the office manager and she did.... NOTHING😱 Pretended she was surprised to learn about it. Hilarious. Fun fun. He better deliver an awesome show. So the stench was worth it. I have headache now. Low class and broking the law.
