I recommend double-checking your party bill carefully. I reviewed mine and noticed it was higher than the invoice I received before the party. Our party host tried to explain the difference, but the explanation didn’t make sense. I ended up signing it because I didn’t want to waste more time, especially since it already took quite a while for him to login to his account and locate the invoice.
We had agreed that each additional child would cost $29.95. For two extra kids, the total should have been $58.90 plus tax. Instead, I was charged $137. When I asked for clarification, no one was able to explain why the bill increased, especially since we didn’t add any extra food or add-ons.
It has now been almost two weeks since the party. Although they did follow up, the issue still hasn’t been taken seriously or resolved.
Overall, the place is clean and the kids had a lot of fun, but the billing issue and how it was handled were very disappointing.

I had a very off-putting experience today for my daughter’s birthday. You all really need to do better. I would still like to speak with someone from corporate, as I requested, but I was not given a number or any information on how to contact you.
I do want to thank the manager who helped me today—he was very professional. However, his coworker was not. It was extremely rude for the older white man with silver-blonde hair to ignore me and my daughter while helping other families who were behind us—offering them options and apologizing—while acting as if we were not paying customers just like they were.
I definitely felt unwelcome. He didn’t even try to speak to me once—he just looked me up and down in a way that felt very disrespectful, like I should not have been there. I was not rude or disrespectful at all. I simply asked for a refund and explained that it was my daughter’s birthday.
I work full-time, including some weekends. I am working this weekend and on call next weekend, so I could not just come back after 4 PM today.
We received only one revisit pass for a family of three, which is unacceptable. Because of this, we had to go somewhere else that was not what she wanted for her birthday.
I also wasted gas and tolls, and my kids were very upset—my 3-year-old was crying, and my 10-year-old, whose birthday is today and who I even blindfolded for a surprise, was completely dismissed.
Also, please update your website to clearly state that attractions cannot be done until 4 PM instead of saying times may vary. I was told this has been an ongoing issue for a week, which is unacceptable.

We took advantage of the Spring Break package that allowed us to save money while trying all the games. Once we arrived, we noticed there was only 1 guy (Tim) manning both the gift shop and front ticketing desk. Since he didn't have any help from the other employees, we had to wait a bit to get our cards. Tim was very friendly and accommodating, even given the circumstances. I recommend this place for kids and even adults. Best times to go are weekdays, probably too packed on the weekends. If there's an all-day pass available, it's probably worth it to buy that so that you can try all the games and save some money.

with their yesterday for my nieces birthday I think it’s too pricey for the way it looks. It’s not worth $45 specially when you can’t even get on all the ride due to kids height, my daughter was not able to jump in the jumping house because Miss Savannah had a nasty attitude. I told my daughter she was too tall to get in the bouncy house and my daughter only 11, which I didn’t understand what was the problem. specially, when it says 12 and upI guess she assumed she was 13 but my daughter is tall, but she’s not that tall. I thought that was so unfortunately, especially when I brought a wrist brand to get on everything so I give it a five out of 10 I will never come as far to pay that much money and should’ve had more more in there. and it’s nothing but young kids work there no adults for real And the go kart took too long to get on you wait almost 30 minutes to get a ride It’s over exaggerating, how people make it seem I don’t see the hype

Good evening Ms. Kenny,
I apologize for missing you and Roy’s return callbacks. First of all, I informed your Sunday crew that I would be doing a review over our experience. To say the least it was not enjoyable. I choose Scene 75 because I had visited on two occasions with the school I work for even though the venue is an hour away, I chose you.
First of all we arrived early with an all day pass but were not allowed to enter by Deshaun because he stated our party wasn’t until 6pm. One of my guest was informed falsely that the party was at 11am and had been missed. Every thing was totally different front what Roy described on the phone the Friday before.
After getting into our party room after 6:15pm, LeeAnn had initially brought the wrong soft drink. Our unlimited fountain drinks turned into me having to police knock on the door to get someone’s attention(twice). Our party host was not in the room even though we were the only party at that time. She was not accessible either. Roy had advised that we would receive 4 to 5 chicken tenders; that number changed to 3 per kiddo.
Most of the game cards did not work which caused frustration for the children. We were told that the 10 party guests included the birthday person. Which is not what Roy said nor my understanding.
Lastly, most of the attractions did not have a worker to man them so the kiddos could not enjoy the full experience. Our kiddos were told attractions were not open; only to see other guests on the rides within five minutes after.
I’m an avid reviewer of things I utilize and your review will not be favorable.
Additionally, you may want to review the language used in the party packs “all day” is not from the party start time to close, but opening to closing. “Unlimited “ needs to be truly unlimited fountain drinks. Not the machine being turned off or out of soda before days end.
