  This place is horrible. We drove over 45 minutes to get here. It's dirty, no one cleaning tables or the trash on the floor. The concessions was even worse. It's ran by teenagers without any direction. A Hotttttt Messsss. I waited an hour an a half to end up requesting a refund. I went up to the counter on numerous occasions as was other customers, only to constantly be told 10 more minutes. They were giving out wrong orders, and NO orders. Just terrible. Then a manager shower up. His name was Kevin, all he could say was its one of those nights. No apology, no comps, just a sorry ssa shrug and oh well. No wonder this place sucks. It's ran by terrible leadership, no accountability, just horrible customer service! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!

  This place is incredibly fun, and the staff is wonderfully pleasant. In particular, I really enjoyed talking to Tim at the front counter. He answered all my questions, and his friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated. All around great family place and the staff shines as bright as the game light do 😊

  Podemos describir el lugar en 7 zonas de diversiones .. El arcade con maquinas dispersas por todos el local. El go karts (un poco lentos, pero ideal para niños) La montaña rusa (para el tiempo que se espera, deberia durar mas tiempo el viaje) El mini golf. Divertido con dos escenas. El láser tag. Actividad ideal para un grupo Los toboganes. Divertidos para algo de adrenalina. Y lo mejor la jaula de bateo. Pero la gestión un poco tétrica. Compramos una tarjeta de 45$ pass ilimitado y otra de 50$ para el árcade. Y vimos muchas personas utilizando las atracciones sin siquiera pagar o pasar tarjetas. Entonces pienso. Para que gastar tanto dinero, si no hay control .. O que por favor tengan control para justificar lo que se gasta. Muchos niños solos, desatendidos, sin control. Problema para los mas pequeños, quienes siempre terminan llorando por pequeños accidentes.

  I went today around 3pm with my 3 year old and his dad.... don't go at that time for the attractions. I was told at 4pm I could but, the sign for the bounce house area sign said 845pm next time... they close at 10pm. The staff that was there was GREAT, between 3pm and 5pm no traffic but no attractions. I did not taste the food, but I didn't get to do mini golf, roller coaster, dark ride, bounce house, a few games took money and didn't work. I spent$150 dollars.. I can say it's better than odessy fun world but worse than chuck e cheese. I have to go back because I still got money on my card. They should have attraction staff start at at least 2 or 3pm....I get school is going and getting out mid afternoon. But remember the ones that have other kids or adults.. adults spend the money.

  Me and my girlfriend decided to go Scene75 yesterday, which was a Monday. They had a deal going on for 29.99 unlimited attractions pass, cool but when you get in reality all your paying for is to watch the workers stand around and gossip, most of the attractions were broken or nobody there to oversee it. They’re go carts are breaking every other race . And when you ask a staff member why most stuff isn’t working or closed they catch an attitude this place is a waste of money. They make you pay for the unlimited attractions pass but you can’t even do anything cause they’re either broken or nobody there to oversee it. We’re short staffed is what they kept telling me……. Nah yall rather gossip because yall felt like there wasn’t enough people there for yall to do your job which is pathetic 💯
