  Since you wouldn't respond to my updated review. I deleted the original and am reposting. There's no excuse for this situation. Only bad management. UPDATED JANUARY 2026: Took the girls here yesterday for my autistic nieces 10th birthday. There was no staff operating any of the things that you pay $50 per child(after taxes and card). I had to chase the manager down several times and then several rides were closed because of disrepair. It's kinda funny that something is always broken and there's never enough staff during the week. I'm a very understanding person. But yesterday was the last straw. I've literally taken the girls here at least a thousand times since they opened. It has progressively gotten worst the last year. It came to a breaking point. I asked for my money back and will not be returning. You ruined my austic nieces birthday. She doesn't understand having to wait to find a staff member for a ride or waiting 20 minutes for the bounce area and then nobody be there at the times that you set. Absolutely appalling and ridiculous. November 2023: Tim really hooked us up and we are very happy. Robert is awesome as well. The kids love it here.

  It was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend it for children's parties or even a date night. The facility is meticulously maintained, and the staff is outstanding. Roy and Brian (General Manager) demonstrate a genuine passion for the company and are dedicated to ensuring a remarkable experience for all patrons.

  Went here yesterday and was very disappointed they were very understaffed some of the rides were broken and still had the audacity to charge us full price my daughter was not happy she was there for her birthday I would definitely call ahead to make sure they are fully staffed and that all rides are working we got our refund and left not worth the money if everything isent working

  this place is overly expensive, if you visited during the week opposed to weekends they used to give a better price , they do not anymore if you visit on Mondays theres a SLIGHT discount on a Wednesday evening for two kids to use unlimited attractions it was $90 !!! This is not including games If you want two kids to play and ride be ready to spend $200+ on a WEEKDAY !! what happened to affordable family fun Offer better pricing on weekdays please

  I have always come here and had excellent service and experience, but today was very unprofessional and horrible experience. First of all there was 40 minutes left before it close my kids and myself wanted to go on the attractions there was two staff on the go karts a young lady and gentleman and told us that they were closed I didn't understand why if there was still time left. Second I had left my personal items at a table and then manager "CHERLY" decided to remove them and place them in my kids stroller without my consent however I mentioned to her why she removed my personal items without my consent long story short she didn't apologize she is a very unprofessional manager named CHERLY.
