So after numerous family members advised against sliding, I could not help myself as it looked like so much fun! I started my night with the slide with a jump. I didn’t realize until I got to the top I had to go on my belly. Thankfully the nice worker offered to hold my glasses. I was not thinking obviously as I was too enticed about the idea of flying thru the air. I did not anticipate the landing and my head snapping forward ending up with a mild concussion, bruised nose & whip lash. I gotta say the workers were amazing! The manager came right up to me while I was attending to my bloody nose wanting to take care of me. Compared to other indoor play facilities there were workers everywhere! You definitely fly down those slides and I saw numerous people hitting their face as they slid off the mats at the end. So beware! But WOW was it fun!! The only regret I have is upsetting my husband & kids!

The place was extremely overcrowded, with 15+ minute lines for the slides and trash everywhere. Staff were very slow and unorganized — you basically have to figure everything out on your own. Our party room was reserved for 3:00 PM but we only got it at 3:15 PM after waiting. Then they started cleaning the room at 4:45 PM, which means we lost about 30 minutes of the time we paid for. The room itself was dirty, the floor was sticky, and the chairs looked like they were 100 years old. When we asked them to cut the cake, the staff member moved unbelievably slow. Overall, very disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

There is always a HUGE line to buy or get your wristband at this location during weekends. The line almost coming out of the place. There is Only one line for people who need to buy tickets and people who already bought online and just need to put the wristband. Why can’t they have a separate line when they have enough people up front? Why not streamline the process and make it faster for everyone? What is the point of buying the tickets in advance if you will still have to be in line 30 minutes to be able to get your wristband. So easy to fix this bottleneck and improve the flow, but it seems there is a lack of managing skills. Slick City Aurora does a better job.

I hosted my son’s “golden” 10th birthday here and spent well over $1,500, so I truly expected a smooth and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but that. The party package was very misleading in terms of what was actually included, and our assigned “party host” was absent for the majority of the event. I’ve since sent multiple emails to management and have not received a single response or acknowledgment, which has only added to the frustration. I had such high hopes for this venue, but it ended up being a major disappointment. I would strongly encourage others to consider spending their money somewhere that values its customers and communicates appropriately.

There too many children running around unsupervised. From toddlers to young adults, it didn't feel safe. It felt chaotic. Thankfully, nothing occurred because even a small incident or fire would be a tragic. Too many people in a place at once. It didn't feel safe AT ALL. While children seem to be having fun, adults must always maintain safety, cleanliness, and order. This place must be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly nightly. Lastly, God forbid an incident break out. It would be tragic. Kids and adults would be hurt. I did not see any exit signs marked near the rear. If you decide to take your children, PLEASE consider going during a weekday. Weekends are uncomfortably packed! Buying tickets in advance isn't advantageous, because you still wait in line for at minimum 15 minutes. Someone should be doing a headcount for occupancy and fire code rules.
