  This is the best place ever for parties My son's favorite action park used to be Urban air, but now he loves this one the most. We used to not be able to go, with the closest location being in North Aurora but now it's only about a 15 minute drive. We are planning to have a party here but just went to check it out today. My son loved it and said it's 1000x better than Skyzone, and 10 times better than urban air. This was the happiest I've seen him be in days. Thank You!

  If I can give 0 stars I would. First they tell me to arrive 15 minutes before my party to set up only to say go sit downstairs and wait your room is not ready. Then they say I can bring my socks and at check in say no we can only use slick city socks. We finally get our room 45 minutes later and then the employees come stand at the door at least 10 minutes before our end time waiting for us to leave. Also we ended up cleaning before putting our stuff down in the room—it was still dirty.. I had to wipe down chairs and counter. They offered to refund us for all the mistakes and then when it came time to give us the refund they decided they couldn’t because they closed their registers early. Our party host maybe checked in with us twice.. we had to go look for her for plates and napkins(things that should have already been in the room when you have food as part of the package). It was a terrible horrible experience and definitely not a place I would recommend anyone one to go. They were very unprofessional and misleading with their information. Every employee said something different so you didn’t know who to listen to. Overall a very horrible experience and will absolutely not repeat it!

  It’s literally just ok. This should be a $20 ticket for an all action pass. There’s not many slide maybe about 10 and it’s getting boring after the first 20 minutes. The kids spent most their 2 hours waiting in line. My son busted his face. There was no supervision. Also the line to get in, even after purchasing online, took 50 entire minutes. Kinda a scam. Another white billionaire company making more billions without putting in much of an experience. The game card NOR THE GAMES actually worked and they refused to just refund the $10. My son also had some pretty serious injuries from the slides.

  Horrible very unpleasant first experience took my 6 year old too over packed long lines had to come back they didn’t have room once we stayed in line for 30 minutes they tell us we can’t buy tickets we had to book online then once we did we had to stand in line again for another 20 minutes they told my baby he couldn’t get on the small size slide which he really wanted to do he only 6 🤦🏽‍♀️and little like omg everything in there you had to wait over 20 minutes just to get the experience smh we left out with a headache not going back or if we do it will have to be during the week

  We just had my son’s birthday party there today. We paid for the deluxe party and we had the most horrible experience there from beginning to end. When we arrived there was a long line upstairs to check into the party, when they finally checked us in they told us our table number, when we get to our table it had t even been cleaned yet from the previous party, we had no host taking care of us, the events manager came to me and said she would be our host and did apologize for everything, I was told we would get our Icee later on, our party was almost over and we had still not gotten our icees or our party favors, I went upstairs and spoke to another manager which told me he would take care of it. He came and brought me empty icee cups and said we can have them filled before we leave, when we went to get our icees filled at the food court we were informed it was closed, I spoke to a manager named chayanne he had terrible customer service and attitude and told me there was nothing they could do since the machines were already shut off. I asked to speak to a higher up manager because I had paid for the deluxe party and the icees were included in my package, she then told an employee to fill up our icees. I didn’t get my party favors and they did give us free passes and a discount but that does not make up for the terrible experience and terrible customer service from the managers chayanne and the other event manager which I did not get her name. I paid for the deluxe for my son to have a good birthday party and I felt stressed out and dissatisfied the entire time!Do not waste your hard earned money on this place.
