  Marcus O'Fallon is a very nice theater. Disabled seating is always available. Old time way of purchasing a ticket and treats is still a choice! Love that! Employees are always kind, and I don't have to tip them for their kindness. It just feels like home. Thanks for making our movie experience comfortable and enjoyable.

  My favorite theatre to go to. I love the Marcus Movie Club, and I see a movie every month. Shawn the bartender offers great customer service and he always makes good drinks.

  Hi, I swear I'll change the review score - but can you please fix the loud AC unit in theater 6? Also, UltraScreen theater has a high-pitched ringing sound issue. Sounds more like a structural issue than a speaker issue, but I'm no professional. It doesn't always ring, but you can sometimes catch it on a female voice.

  I went to watch scream 7, it was amazing and usually the theater is amazing, but we had some issues with people sitting in our seats and when a worker was told about it they acted like it was a problem that I asked them to do their job, the people would not get out of our seats and I asked the people to get out of our seats and the worker put her hand in my face telling me I need stop, the people in our seats didn’t have tickets but they let them stay in the theater.

  I attended the Twilight Saga marathon at the Marcus O’Fallon Theatre, and while the event itself was enjoyable and most staff members throughout the night were pleasant, my experience ended on a very disappointing note due to poor customer service. During the break before the final movie, I stepped out to my car to charge my phone. When my friend and I returned, the doors were locked. An employee working at the ticket booth — a shorter staff member with glasses and short hair (I was unsure whether they were male or female) — clearly saw us knocking, yet made no effort to acknowledge us or assist us. They avoided eye contact and chose not to address the situation, leaving us standing outside for an unreasonable amount of time while an event we paid to attend was continuing inside. I eventually had to call the theater to explain that we were locked out while an employee was present but refusing to help. We were only able to get back inside because another guest exited the building. Upon entering, I overheard what seems to be the person we spoke with on the phone, explaining to the employee that she should have come to the door and asked whether we were attending the event. Her response was that she “didn’t know,” which only highlights the issue — basic customer service should include checking before ignoring customers entirely. It’s frustrating that one employee’s lack of initiative and professionalism turned an otherwise enjoyable experience into a negative one. Experiences like this reflect poorly on the theater as a whole, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it so future guests are not put in the same situation.
