Booking the party was easy to do online, and when we had a last minute change of date, the staff were able to adjust over the phone. The party coordinator made sure we always had everything we needed throughout the party, got food and dessert served out to our guests, and cleanup was taken care of! Great experience!

The place looks smaller than I thought it was going to be, but they squeeze a lot into the space that they have. There's a nice sewing area for the adults a well if they don't want to partake in the fun. The slides and the basketball court were the kids favorite. We bought tickets in advance, but there was no line when we got there. Checking in was effortless. They had cubbies to put your shoes in and also some lockers available. We will definitely be back!

Little kids getting pummeled by older kids left and right. Toddlers in diapers climbing the slides backwards and falling on their heads. Older kids bullying the little ones. Not a single staff member in sight. Otherwise, the facility was fine. Overpriced for what you get. Most slides were fun for 1-2 turns. Not enough options for anyone who isn’t a toddler but might not be old enough for the bigger slides.

I previously spoke to someone at the customer service number and I came in person with my brother in regards to my nephew’s celebration and what’s required to secure the promotion and tables for the birthday celebration. I was told over the phone after the waivers are filled out to go to the cashier to obtain the package plan. When we came in person I asked what’s required to secure the promotion and tables and would be happy to pay a deposit upfront. The cashier employee said no need and pay when we arrive. It’s $85.99 and it’s good for 4 people and includes a pizza and beverage as advertised online, at the front entrance and at the table next to the kiosk machine. When we arrived 12/31/25 with decorations and numerous guest to celebrate his birthday. We were told the package isn’t available because it’s a holiday but they still have the advertisement up around the building and doesn’t show any stipulations or restrictions on the advertisement. We talked to the manager and she seemed dismissive and unprofessional. The other staff members just kept shrugging their shoulders like they don’t care and the customer service line wasn’t very helpful and said that the manager is gone for the day after 2pm after being requested to help resolve the issue. In general this company is very unprofessional, dismissive to their clients and inconsistent when asked and giving company information. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR COME HERE EVER AGAIN! I felt bad for my nephew because he was excited to celebrate his birthday here with his friends.

From the moment we walked in, the energy was fun, organized, and perfect for a big birthday day. I especially want to shout out Rissa Fields (name on our receipt) because she was OUTSTANDING. She got us started seamlessly, explained everything thoroughly, and made the waiver process smooth and stress-free (which is HUGE when you’re wrangling kids). She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely informative—she made sure we understood all the discounts available and helped us make the most of our visit. Rissa set the tone for the entire experience, and you can tell she truly cares about guests having a great time. Slick City is lucky to have her—please give her all the praise, recognition, and gold stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will absolutely be back, and I’ll be recommending Slick City (and Rissa!) to everyone looking for a fun, high-energy place to celebrate kids’ birthdays.
