  horrible. they made my face in my highschool picture look like ot was plastic. i get it. acne=bad. I DONT EVEN LOOK LIKE ME. WHAT DA FRIK. OMFG. MY FACE IS SHINIER THAN MR CLEANS HEAD.

  Worst customer service from a company. My sons picture was taken with sunglasses (not prescription) and looks awful. You can see his eyes thru, just very weird and bad decision from a photographer. I called before pictures were printed and was informed there was another picture taken without sunglasses also and asked if I could get that picture instead. Front desk told me she would ask how to fix that and call back. After exactly a week of no call I called back and at this point I had received the picture with the sunglasses. Plus it was also folded in the mailbox because the envelope is not stamped anywhere indicating its pictures or with a Do Not Fold Stamp. The person that answered went back and forth with me instead of trying to resolve the situation and insisted it’s not them who mail the pictures out but a company they use, as if blaming the post office. Also they informed me I can come in and look at the picture without the sunglasses and PAY for it if I wanted that picture instead. Absolutely ridiculous! Asked for a manager to call me back and after a month still received no call AGAIN. I will never let my kids participate in pictures from Burns in any of their sports again!

  They capture your childs school memory, make you order pictures without seeing a proof, overcharge you, won't combine shipping on multiple orders, won't let you pick up in store to save the ridiculous shipping charges and don't give a damn about you because they control the pictures. Maybe we'll just have to talk to the schools about cancelling their contracts and getting someone who understands customer service............I would like to add, quality wise, they are very good. The rest of the experience leaves a lot to be desired.
