We got there and before the movie started I noticed my seat did not work at all. No lights were on,it didn’t recline or anything. I went to the ticket booth and was told I could change seats or get a refund, mind you we do not get many opportunities to go see a movie do to having small children. So I took the change of seat and sat one seat away from my husband. Once the movie started neither one of our seats worked. Down the row I could see the other customers seats worked ours didn’t. When I addressed it again I was told I wouldn’t get a refund because there’s a time limit after the movie starts to get a refund, but I was not going to not only have malfunctioning seats and miss the movie. She said she would have maintenance try something and that didn’t work. I am very upset by not getting what I paid for. Those tickets were $50+ 🤦🏾♀️

We took the kids to see the movie David, One thing that we were disappointed was that you CAN NOT get free refills on pop or popcorn UNLESS you buy Extra large size originally. We used to go to the theater in North Riverside, over there you get free refills on any size pop and popcorn. Also, it smelled like urine near the seats that we chose. I don't think we will be coming back, it is already expensive to buy movie tickets for the family nowadays and the food at the concession doubles the cost. Take into consideration that some families make a effort to go once in a while because is expensive, they can at least give you free refills.
