    I had a young man named Brandon Gavlin help me and my friends to our auditorium and find our seats. He was very nice and gave us an extra ordinary service. He should be promoted to be a manager and praised for his actions and kindness. He also opened the door for us on our way out of the movie and asked us how it was. Also asking us if there was anything else he could do for us. Even offering to get us our free refills for our drinks.

    I purchased tickets and explicitly gave permission for my son to see an R-rated movie. Despite this, we were stopped and treated poorly by staff. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive, escalating the situation instead of resolving it professionally. The attendant, Connor, was by far the worst part of this experience. He mocked us, raised his voice, and yelled at my son to “give him his ID,” which was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. Speaking to a minor that way is unacceptable under any circumstance. What should have been a simple night out turned into an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation because of staff behavior, not policy. Customer service was nonexistent. We will not be returning.
