- SBSamantha Brooke1 day ago1.0Called and visited this location 4/24 for the Michael Jackson movie. Called in because I haven't been to the movies in forever and once I came too late and my fav nachos weren't being sold. I called and politely asked what time they stopped selling hot food. The girl on the phone (around 8-9pm) quickly and rudely answered "I don't know" and paused and I said "um" and she goes on to finally look at the last showing and tells me. I apologized for asking immediately and thanked her so much for taking the time to look because she seemed irritated and she literally just hung up on me. We then went to the movie at 11:30pm. I went to the front desk where I always go to scan pre-purchased tickets and another girl was clocking out (probably the one on the phone) and another was speaking to her as she was leaving. We stood in line and were rudely told to go to the entrance of the theater instead. Please work on just being kind and customer service. Secondly, I've never seen portapotties dirtier than what the bathrooms looked like when I used it in the middle of the movie. I literally have never seen such a nasty bathroom in my life. Literally every stall and toilet was disgusting! Several people were trying to pick their poison for the stall because of how nasty it was. Not one person checked on the theater during the movie. Seems understaffed. Someone was snoring super loud and it was extremely bothersome to the entire theater. Overall not a great experience.
