- LHLaura HeinsJan 4, 20211.0We bid on a package that Julie Kaplan had at an auction. We were supposed to get a photography session with her and 1 print plus the digital copy of it. After traveling 45 minutes to get to her house for the photography session, we were very disappointed in her professionalism. She had requested that we do the shoot in her backyard, and when we arrived she warned us to look out for dog poop. When reviewing the images with me on zoom later she was very abrupt and aggressive about me making a decision right then. When I said I wanted to think about it because it was very expensive she sighed and asked if we would have to do another zoom session. I contacted her the next day and told her which print I wanted and have still NOT received it. I contacted her again and inquired about the print and digital image and she claimed that she would send it to me, but never did. For her high cost she is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. I would never use her again.
