The food Restaurant inside the theater there is awesome. I give them five stars, but if I could I’d give them 10, stars. They have burgers are delicious. The buns are very tasty I love that they grilled the buns. All the food is a top 10 for me.

- RERyan ElaineJan 2, 20262.0So gross for so much. For 4 people it’s around $55. They didn’t clean the theatre at all before our movie 🤮. The floors and seats were filthy. If you’re paying those prices, and for here, the bare minimum I except is it to not be so icky. Bathrooms were gross. Food is expensive (I know it is everywhere). Seriously, pay the extra $10 to go to AMC in Vernon hills, or just anywhere else. And I live down the street for me to be that serious about that suggestion.

For example, a standard hot dog was priced at over $8 with nothing unique about it. We also ordered popcorn and were initially served what appeared to be the remnants from the bottom of the machine, small pieces that did not seem fresh. We requested a fresher tub, which the staff provided. We did appreciate that we are able to refill our own beverages. The seating is adequate and does recline, but the bar in front of the seats obstructs part of the view, making it difficult to fully experience the large screen. Additionally, when other guests stand or walk in front of their seats, their shadows appear on the screen due to the projector being positioned low. Overall, the experience felt underwhelming, and we did not feel that we received the full, high quality movie experience we expected from this theater.

We were using a gift card to pay for tickets and cashier needed a manager to swipe the card. It took some time before the manager Jen showed up. She swiped. The giftcard and gave it back to us. She was negative in demeanor and didn't apologize for the wait. It was at 9AM so not a busy time. Uncomfortable way to start the day. Manager Jen needs some training on customer service.
