Studio owner and photographer is NOT responsive and doesn't meet promised deadlines. She was also 20 minutes late to start, due to a delay from the makeup artist. However, pictures are great, would have been a much better experience if it wasn't such a hassle to get the finished product. The shoot itself was awesome, studio was great and pictures looked great.

They did a great job of taking over 200 headshots in no time at all. The shots came out great and Jerry was accommodating when it came to touching up chosen images. I've since worked with Jerry on various projects, including pictures of my daughters. I plan to engage their services for family portraits and any additional needs at my workplace. I highly recommend Bordeaux!
