    Me and some friends came to the Devil Wears Prada 2 premiere last week and I had an amazing experience. We came to the bar to try the signature cocktail and the bartender Ki Ki took such good care of us! She’s got great conversation, a sense of humor, a good spirit, and makes great drinks. We will be back for good times with Ki Ki!

    ⸻ I recently visited Marcus Country Club Hills Cinema while visiting family from out of state, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at the concession stand. The employee working concessions, who identified herself as “Ne-Yo,” provided very poor customer service. I observed the customers ahead of me become visibly upset and leave the counter without completing their purchase. When it was my turn, I received no greeting or acknowledgment. After stating my order, she simply said “44.10” and handed me a purse without any explanation or courtesy. I even had to ask whether the popcorn was included with the merchandise, and her response—“yes, do you want it?”—was delivered in a noticeably snarky, rude tone. The overall interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. She was unkempt and acted as if she did not want to be there and she was working alone! This kind of attitude discourages customers from making purchases, and I’m confident the theater likely lost additional sales due to the lack of basic customer service. As someone visiting from out of state, this was not the kind of experience I expected while spending time with family. On a positive note, I would like to recognize Mario, who was scanning tickets at the entrance. He was polite, welcoming, and professional—exactly the kind of interaction customers expect and appreciate. Thank you, Mario, for setting a better example. I hope management addresses the inconsistency in customer service, as it truly impacts the overall experience.

    I went to see the Michael biopic for the first time and had a bad experience at this theater. I wanted to get a free refill on my popcorn and the cashier charged me $6.60 for a refill on my first popcorn!!! We had to get the manager involved and I got my refund. I checked my account the refund never came through. My popcorn was extremely stale. The employees were rude. I went to scan my tickets that I PAID IN ADVANCE FOR TOTALING TO 50 DOLLARS. The lady said that she could not find my theater number. Then I had to wait in the longest line ever for my ticket. THAT I PAID IN ADVANCE FOR. I had to get my tickets printed out and I ENDED UP MISSING THE BEGINNING OF THE MOVIE. I WENT TO SEE THE MICHAEL BIOPIC. MY FAVORITE ARTIST OF ALL TIME I MISSED IT BECAUSE OF ALL OF THIS. I PAID IN ADVANCE AN EXPENSIVE AMOUNT JUST FOR ME TO FIND OUT I HAD TO GO TO THE TICKET COUNTER TO PICK UP THOSE TICKETS. I MIGHT AS WELL PAY IN PERSON AND IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE. THE CONCESSIONS WERE NOT GOOD AND I MISSED MY MOVIE THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOREVER TO WATCH! OUT OF ALL THE MOVIES IVE SEEN IN MY LIFE I MISSED THE ONE MOVIE IVE BEEN WAITING THE MOST TO SEE!!! I highly doubt I would come here again! I’m so disappointed, I used to come here all the time. This was my first time coming back in years and I missed the one movie I’ve been waiting to see. I’m not recommending this one to my friends, family, or anyone. I’m sorry but I did not enjoy myself. I enjoyed the movie but not everything else. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

    Great theater, the amenities were nice and fairly clean. But my brother left his wallet in the theatre and when we called to see if someone could go and look for it they didnt even look. My brother called and they put him on hold for less than two minutes and said they didnt have it. I called and the girl had me on hold for 5 minutes and said they didnt have it. My mom went back up there and walked right into the theater and found it sitting right in the cup holder. Don't sign up for the job if you won't do the job properly.

    The older black woman with the grey dreads was very rude and ruined my movie experience. But the manager Nick was accommodating.
