  Went this afternoon to see Scream 7 and the employees were all polite and engaged. I didn’t use the restroom but the theater itself was clean.

  Denied entry to a show on a week day that had four people in attendance because of 3month old kid we attend Marcus all the time and have never been denied with our babies in 20 plus years

  I have been in this area since a kid I still call it western heights and I still go to it till this day. I enjoy this movie theater because it's in my backyard. The workers are very nice and I enjoy seeing kids probably starting their first job here. I will always love this place

  I took my kids to see the new spongebob movie on January 6th, and I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. 1.) Staff/LACK OF staff: Place was very understaffed, and the very few staff that were there clearly acted like they didn’t want to be there. The staff are just some lazy teens that would rather be on their phones than to actually do their jobs. Saw one guy on his phone, when he could be helping the VERY DIRTY THEATER. If you’re gonna hire some young adults, make sure they actually want to be here. My daughter asked for a spongebob popcorn bucket, and it took the lady 15 minutes…FIFTEEN MINUTES to give it to her, we were almost late for the movie. Your employees either don’t care about their customers or they’re slacking because they’re overworked, and honestly? It’s probably both. 2.) Dirty bathrooms: Once again, this theater is showing how little they care for their customers, the bathrooms are disgusting! Flu season is around, and you’d think that the theater would be on top of being clean, clearly not this theater! 3.) Theater seats: ONCE AGAIN….Marcus Theater is showing how little they care for their customers, the seat feels like damn rocks, and they weren’t even working! I can’t even enjoy myself after getting mediocre service from the employees 😐!! This location is probably the worst Marcus theater I’ve been to, you can’t even get a damn refill! Honestly, save yourself the drama and find another location where the employees aren’t understaffed and actually care about their job.
