  They are definitely one of the best when it comes to choosing a photographer within the Chicago land area. Bryon was an amazing photographer who did a great job with the pictures and we ended up having a great time with the bridal party. He made us comfortable and accommodated all of our requests. Frank went above and beyond to make our day special for the groomsmen. We worked with Frank for most of our administration paperwork and signing. We chose the classic package as it fitted our situation the best. The guests loved the sign-in book with the photo booth that we had. The photo booth images were great and people took the physical copies with them. Our professional photos came out perfect and they took thousands of photos of us, the wedding party and our guests. We loved all of them. The digital photos were ready for downloading within 2 - 3 months after the wedding. The two wall art images and the flush mount album were so beautiful. The only downside was that the album and the wall art took 7-8 months to get to us. Please follow instructions in a timely manner to make sure you get your album. We followed instructions for our album within 1-3 weeks of unlocking each step and it still took almost a year for the album. We were relatively punctual about our emails from concept one but the process on their side took 4+ months to get back with updates or approvals. Expect a delay if you choose Concept One; you are not going to get your physical photos and albums in less than 4 months. That said, it was well worth the wait for the physical copies along with the amazing day of experience! Highly recommend!

  I had conceptone do my engagement photos, wedding photo/video and photobooth... they were great! They only thing I didnt like was the lack of communication from leadership. My photo/video team at my wedding, Vikor and Jade were AMAZING and can't thank them enough for making our special day the best! Jade made sure I was taken care of the whole time and never went too far incase I needed something. Vikor made sure I didn't feel bad asking for extra pictures or video content during the morning. He made sure I had everything covered and even sent me some pictures early! They took all my picture ideas and make then come to life. During my reception, I would go to Vickor and ask for a certain shot or video angle and he was right on it! I highly recommend asking for these two to a part of your wedding or special day!

  My wife and I got married 06/08/2024. My wife went to a bridal expo and came across Concept One. We had an amazing consultation with Frank and were excited to use them for our big day. We went with the highest package which included all day photography/videography, a free engagement session (which we were able to substitute for an extra hour of videography), 4 hours of a Photo Booth, 2 parent albums, a main album, and prints. The price was right at the time, but boy do you get what you pay for. First, our photographer was very nice and friendly, but he did not take any photo shots that we texted/communicated about prior to the wedding. We wanted romantic shots and barely had any. My wife’s dress was her favorite piece of the wedding and the photos did not live up to remembering how it looked in person. The photographer also did not capture the family photos we requested such as the bride with the grooms family only and vice versa. We were very disappointed when we received our photos back. My wife till this day still cannot look at the photos without feeling disappointed about how they turned out. On the plus side, the videographer was very friendly and captured the wedding beautifully. She was very professional and made sure to capture the entire day. The Photo Booth attendant was also amazing and helped guests with printing photos out and making sure props were ready to use. Our photos took almost 7 months to arrive and the lack of communication was concerning. We constantly were emailing Frank to check in and it sometimes took weeks to receive a simple response. Of course we were understanding that there are other weddings, but we felt like we were not a priority even after the wedding when it came to ordering pictures/electing photos for the albums. The albums were held up due to the California fires and we would have been understanding if we were communicated this. We had no idea that their facility was located out West and were told after several follow up emails. Overall, we would not recommend Concept One for photos. Go with an independent photographer and be sure to communicate exactly everything you want. Be sure you ask all necessary questions during consultation. We thought we did and we wished we could have had a different photographer. My wife again, is disappointed every time she looks at our photos. We will 100% be doing a redo of photos with an independent photographer with the two of us to capture the photos that were missing during our big day. This is highly disappointing as you only have one day to capture the memories. At least we can warn others before booking your photographer.

  Very happy with our experience having Concept One capture our wedding! They have a new structure to their packages from when I booked (booked in 2023 for my 2024 wedding), but based on what I got it was the most bang for your buck, and everything was amazing quality. The package we picked included photo, video, Photo Booth, wedding album, two parent albums, and four prints. It also included an engagement shoot, but we didn’t need it and they were very accommodating with using that credit towards something we did need. The price for all of that was less than most other photographers base fees and that’s not even including video or Photo Booth or any extras. Everything turned out beautiful and you couldn’t beat the price. Bryon (photography) and Victor (videography) were amazing to work with and really helped with the flow of our wedding day. Frank was also great to work with in the booking process and handling all of our orders. We would choose them all over again.
