Although I understand payment policies vary, the attendant repeatedly corrected my wording in a dismissive manner and spoke to me with an unnecessarily rude and condescending tone. Despite my attempts to proceed calmly, the behavior continued. I respectfully asked the attendant if I had done something to offend him, to which he responded that I had not. However, the manner in which he continued to speak to me was inappropriate and unacceptable in a customer service environment. I made it clear that I was not objecting to the information being provided, but rather to the disrespectful way it was being communicated. I visit theaters expecting professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below those expectations and left me uncomfortable and disappointed. - NHNoel HermosilloNov 30, 20255.0I've been coming here for almost three decades. Most recently, I brought my kids here to watch the Super Mario movie on opening day. It was jam-packed, but the staff handled the crowd accordingly. Marcus is one of the few locations with the ultra screen. This is my go-to Plenty of bathrooms down both halls. Very clean and ADA. The reclining chairs added to the experience. My kids loved it. I'm looking forward to bringing them back. My favorite part was the adult bar. A variety of drinks. Drink them there at the bar or take them back with you to the movie :).
