  I brought a guardian that was over the age of 21 with me to watch a rated r movie and the manager was being annoying. First of all, he accused my guardian of not being legal despite showing a VALID ID, keep in mind a VALID ID. The manager who wear glasses and a suit needs to be rechecked. Unacceptable behavior from them. Never had problems with this theater and suddenly it got bad! Dont come here if you dont want to be respected and judged. Horrible!

  People are nice. However, $7.50 for a small water and $11 for matinee is nuts!!!! No coat hooks in the women's restroom is beyond inconvenient. We won't be back!

  Please change the website back. Too difficult to look at the movies available now and placing order too. Especially for older people as well Was a 1000% times better before. Just annoying enough at this point that deters people from going there instead of Elk Grove Village Cinena .. which is 10 minutes away and $7 everyday with recliners and heated seats

  This big guy in the front didn’t let us go thru even when we bought the tickets and said we need ids to go in and he kicked us out and didn’t give us a refund I hope he gets fired cuz this is not the first time it happens he’s a big guy with no hair

  Movies is supposed to be an experience that you get to go out and enjoy. Decided to me and my girlfriend to go to the movies We paid money to see a 3D movie and it was horrible have to move you could not see. I told the manager Christian was his name and he told me there was nothing he could do for me that their projector box was correct. And I explain to him you cannot see the movie he said well I can't tell you anything I can't help you. So $40 plus snacks wasted tonight. Christian was a very horrible manager that did not want to hear my complaint. As a business owner myself I handle stuff very well I asked could I get a maybe just a gift card for next time or something like that you don't have to refund my money. Christian refused and said I can't help you. I explained to Christian that I will be calling corporate tomorrow and having a conversation with them. Christian then laughed and thought it was funny and said do what you need to do. Marcus Cinema used to be a very good place to go to and I feel like it's became very ghetto. Do yourself a favor and save yourself money and get a better experience. Go to classic cinemas in elk Grove Village or Elmhurst. You'll save yourself money and get a better theater quality. Only reason we went to Marcus tonight was because they had an earlier movie than everybody else. I should have just waited. I will never ever return to Marcus Cinema ever again. the manager Christian is a very horrible manager. The employee working the ticket booth handled the situation a lot better than Christian did.
