However we went to go watch the new FNAF2 movie last night and happened to of course bring our newborn with us. We get to the theater and i had already gotten my tickets paid for online so we went to get some snacks. One of the employees asked us if we had gotten tickets which felt off to us since that’s never happened once since we’ve moved to iowa. The tone and attitude this worker gave us came off very judgmental and targeted since he didn’t ask ANYONE else around us if they had tickets. I just had a baby so I probably didn’t look “presentable” but we also had our newborn with us (who also didn't cause any issues since he literally stayed asleep till the end of the movie) Personally if you’re going to judge someone let alone a couple of people and not judge everyone else, don’t work in any job that requires you to do customer service in any way shape or form. I would give this rating more stars but considering how my boyfriend and i were treated after going here more than once and also seeing this worker more than once. 1 star is gonna have to be the way. We asked for two pepperoni pizzas and were asked if we had tickets and we were the only ones who were asked this. I find it to be unacceptable no matter who you are to ask this question towards. Overall it wasn’t a good experience and I couldn’t fully enjoy the movie because of it. Thanks for your judgmental question and ruining an experience for your customers 🤷🏻♀️
