- HWH W2 days ago5.0I just want to thank you guys for helping remedy a tough situation today. We went to view the BTS Arirang concert live and there were really bad technical difficulties that caused us to miss about a third of the songs. It’s disappointing, but when we brought up the issue at the end they were kind to offer refunds or credit. No questioning or arguments, just kindness and problem solving. Thank you! 💜🫰🏼

Love the heated seats. Affordable tickets. It’s the best theater in the area. We go here often. I couldn’t find my email with tickets once, very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this theatre.

We had to walk around and find someone and they still didn't really help. Also on our way out, we said thank you to the cleaners and they pretended we weren't even there. We will never be going there again
