  Went there a couple of weeks ago and the heater was busted. We had to sit in a 20 degree theater for our movie. They said they could give us a refund for it. It would've been fine if they had just told us before had. We would've seen a different showing they had. But no, they didn't tell us until after we purchased our tickets. Also the bathroom right next to the theater had leaking brown water out of one of the toilets.

  Spent $22.58 on a ticket to stranger things. I also got Apple TV free for a month AND a snack voucher. Talk about a hell of a deal! The only downside is the concession line takes like 40 minutes

  What is one of the most pathetic theatres next to Peoria: 3 experiences: 1) KPOP demon hunters (the first one) I had to go up to concessions and ask for my delivered order. Given fact, I was early by five minutes. I went to the second showing at 11pm. Wanted a beer/wine/cocktail in between since I was one of 5 in the theatre and I just wanted to sing. Bar was closed.... associates were confused by this.... so was I as I had over an hour to drink the beer i chose before I had to leave with popcorn, which as a basset trained person, is acceptable. 2) went there for taylor swift sing along... honestly, BEST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH STAFF. I'm upset more about the lack of T's and S's in the beads (which are the most 1st world of problems) than I was with the whole staff committing to the screening. As someone who works in entertainment, the teamwork here was amazing, and I was smiling ear to ear with 12-21 year old's alike 3) THIS IS SPECIFICALLY TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER, because I know from working minimum wage you are the one who designates the hours, gives advise, etc. YOU NEED ONE PERSON TO WORK YOUR PHONES. Why? I called TWELVE (12) times before 7:00 and at &:00 and nobody answered. NOT EVEN VOICEMAIL. First off, no one answered my calls.... AFTER 12 TIMES. Why, do you, as a major city location, not have someone designated to the phone and extra hands somewhere else? This is flabbergast-erly ridiculous! no info as to when I could call without interruption or voicemail. Just a "please hold while we redirect you to a customer service representative" that does not exist in this time frame"; YOUR PRIME TIME FRAME!!!! you have lost me. If I don't hear back by tomorrow for stranger things... you lost me completely. but right now, do you even care about entertainment being accessible in your area? Do you even value me as a patron? Do you even want me to drive an hour away for the cinema experience? (probably not) Called again 30 minutes later.... nothing... A Disappointment. Changed my view from 2 stars to 1 stars. Leadership: do better!

  I’ve been coming to Cinemark Davenport 18 for years with family and friends, and it’s usually a great place to catch a movie. Unfortunately, my visit last night was gross enough to make me seriously reconsider coming back. The entire facility appeared filthy. The theaters didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed between shows, and the bathrooms were beyond unacceptable. Urine-soaked stalls, toilet paper and paper towels everywhere, sinks and countertops so dirty I wouldn’t even go near them to wash my hands, and the smell was overwhelmingly like urine. I don’t expect luxury, but I do expect a theater to be clean and sanitary. This wasn’t even close.

  We went to see a movie on December 27th. The lines were so long for the concession and they only had like 4 people working! My husband and son waited for damn near 40 minutes into the movie to get popcorn and a drink. When you know it’s the weekend staff your theater accordingly. That was ridiculous.
