  Extremely efficient and everyone always goes above and beyond to answer every question. We love the iMax theater. The sound system alone is worth it.

  Lots of movie theaters in one spot. Lots of time slots for a variety of movies. Great seating and concessions

  The seating arrangements are spectacular. The seats recline and you don't have to worry about some giants head blocking your view. And it was sooo clean, but I always arrive for late night showings.

  Volume of the horror movie was way too loud. Bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor. Luckily it did not smell like urine, although staff let the paper towels run out and added a pack of Kleenex to the sink as an alternative 🙃 Biggest issue???? THE RECLINING SEATS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE AND TERRIBLY WORN. You are going to need a neck support pillow when sitting in the chairs. Being uncomfortable during a showing is a total bust. It's a no for me.

  Cinemark is a really nice theater. It's got the best seating and theaters, ambience, sound its got it all. Perfect for a moving going experience. My only complaint is the concessions. For being where theaters make their money, you think they would have people that could work fast enough that people would stay in line. Or they need to open more than 3 registers at a time and more employees if they are going to hire people that insanely slow.
