Stir Concert Cove is an outdoor, standing room only, venue. No seating is provided for General Admission ticket holders. Upgraded tickets with different seating options are available for purchase. The entrance gates are on the North side of the building.
Can I leave Stir Cove and come back in?
Yes, you must use the exit only gate and re-enter the venue through the entry gates. Upon exiting, you must have your ticket scanned out to be able to re-enter. You must have a ticket to re-enter.
Can I smoke in the Stir Cove venue?
There is no smoking or vaping inside the venue; you may smoke outside the gates in the Smoking/Vaping area.
I am handicapped; what ticket do I need to buy at Stir Cove, do I get in early, where do I sit?
You will only need a general admission ticket and may enter prior to the public through the VIP gate. We have a handicap section on the east side of the venue at the end of the walkway to the left of the stage. Ask any employee for help.
Can I take my drink in or out of the Stir Cove venue?
No, all drinks must stay inside the venue. No outside beverages are allowed in the venue.
My tickets are at will call and I want my friend to pick them up; what do I do?
If you purchased your ticket by phone or online via Ticketmaster you will need to call 1-800-745-3000 and ask Ticketmaster customer service to make a name change on your account.
My Stir Cove ticket was lost, stolen damaged or left at home; what do I do?
If you purchased through Ticketmaster, bring your photo I.D and any purchase information to the box office to attempt to reprint your tickets. If your tickets were not purchased, or were purchased through a third party distributor, Stir Cove is not responsible for reprinting or replacing tickets.

No professional cameras with zoom lenses are permitted inside Stir Concert Cove. This applies to any video cameras as well.

Yes, the ATM is located to the right of the main bar; we also have one in the hotel lobby by the parking garage elevators.
I forgot my I.D.; how do I get my tickets and into the Stir Cove concert?
I.D. is required for ticket pick-up - absolutely no exceptions. Guests without ID will be allowed entrance into the venue but will not be issued a 21+ wristband.
I'm bringing a younger child with me to the concert at Stir Cove. Can I bring in a stroller?
No, strollers or any similar items will not be allowed inside the venue.
How can I sit on the VIP patio or decks at Stir Cove?
You must have a VIP wristband for these designated areas. The patio and decks can be purchased for groups up to 50 people for individual shows. You must also be 21+ for the patio.
Can I bring in a chair or blanket into Stir Cove?
Yes, lawn chairs and blankets are allowed in designated areas and are subject to search. Chair rentals are available for purchase.
Can I bring in food or drink into Stir Cove?
No outside food or drink will be allowed into the venue. This includes water bottles.
