We went to see the Avatar. The movie was great. We took the family and after spending $80 plus for tickets and concessions was another $80. The complaint we have is the theater was so freezing cold. We had to bundle up like it was a snow storm and when we got done and walked out our feet were frozen and numb. That is so ridiculous. Think we should get refunded on our $ we spent. Don't even know after this we will be coming back after this. Very dissatisfied with this. I wish I could post a picture of what we had to wear to watch the movie. And we we were not the only ones complaining and went to bathrooms afterwards and 3 others were complaining about the same thing being freezing cold. Last time we went it was cold also but this time was totally ridiculous.

We went to see Avatar today. The movie was great but the theater was freezing cold and the bathrooms were very messy with paper towels overflowing in the garbage can to all over the floor and the paper towel container was empty. It costs a lot of money for families to go to the movies so I think the employees should do a better job of keeping things clean. Also when the movie was over, the lights never came on in the theater so we could see going down the stairs without tripping!!

The service at this Cinemark was extremely slow and poorly managed. One employee was forced to serve an entire long line of customers completely by himself, which already made the wait frustrating. What made the situation worse was witnessing management treat staff horribly.
After serving nonstop, the employee briefly got a drink of water, and I watched a manager start yelling at him for it. Meanwhile, she wasn’t helping at all — just sitting there yelling at other staff and even snapping at customers. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. The manager, a woman wearing glasses, was completely unreasonable and created a hostile environment instead of stepping in to help.
This kind of behavior toward employees is unacceptable, and it directly affects the customer experience. I felt bad for the staff and disappointed in how this theater is run. I won’t be returning unless management seriously improves.

Super awesome experience. I had lost my cellphone and asked one of the workers for help. He went out of his way to check the theater I was in the trash to make sure I didnt throw it away and called to others to see if they had seen it. I ended up finding it outside, but it meant alot that he took the time to help me.
