  Positives... Affordable session fee Different time slots Different scenery backdrops Quick sessions 3 different photographers maybe 4 Negatives The session fee ended up being the cost of one photo for the year book Photos looked weird and had awkward poses. Spam emails Cost of photo packages were outrageous Customer service is terrible Called many times regarding left church shoes and no one has called back... I live over an hour away and needed to make sure they still had before driving over there... terrible. The schools wasted their time having this company do their photos. They would save money and have better quality if they hired off the street. Beware!!! Scam of all time... cause we are forced to use them for the yearbook photo.

  This company lacks customer service. When you call their locations, you cannot get through to speak with a person. The number connects you to an automated service. I would surmise that school and daycare photos are the bulk of their business as they gear all of the questions asked towards that customer segmentation so if you’re a regular person calling to set up an appointment it is impossible. Poor customer service and etiquette.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience! 🙌 The staff were super friendly and energetic — really made the whole visit enjoyable. 📸 The studio is clean, surprisingly spacious with lots of great photo options and special offers. Has fitting rooms and restroom too. 🎁 Free parking right outside 🚗, which is super convenient! Perfect spot for high school graduation pics, family portraits, or any kind of photoshoot. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Highly recommended! 💯

  The worst support ever. Senior pictures came in too dark. No answer at the local studio. Had to call the mainland office. They acknowledged that it was too dark, but was hoping it was OK. I paid $500 for the pictures, of course I want them with the correct color. Fast forward to Senior Prom. They send me the teacher photos and not my child's photo. Tried calling and there's no one that can help me. No one local answers the phone. No one in the chat can help. And now I'm stuck with $100 worth of teacher's prom photos, and not one of my kid. Try call their number - it won't go to their studio. It's a bum line that goes to the mainland.

  Nice building and even kinder employees it was super professional and enjoyable to get portraits done here. Unfortunately it can be kinda hard to find and it's a little small so busy hours make it feel pretty crowded but overall it was a good experience.
