Lovely quaint venue - very atmospheric. Well organised. Entry was easy and straightforward and plenty of staff who were happy to direct us to our seats!

Another wonderful play ( The Spy who came in from the Cold) after the previous visit to see the superb musical Operation Mincemeat. Great theatre, good facilities and good front of house staff.

Charming older theatre....with all the good and not so good that come as a result. Friendly and helpful staff, speedy bar service, and clean facilities.
We were in the middle of the stalls, which gave an excellent view of the show (Operation Meatball).
My only gripe is that the seats weren't the most comfortable...and I left with a (literal) numb bum.
Would still go again.

Our first visit to this theatre and what a joy it was. The staff were brilliant, friendly and so welcoming. The whole experience of watching Operation Mincemeat was enhanced by booking the Ambassador Room. Look forward to more visits. Thank you all.

Went on Saturday 23rd May with my daughter to see Fawlty Towers. Absolutely brilliant show and it comes highly recommended. What also made it special what the help and support we received in relation to my daughter who is currently having to use walking aids for her mobility due to having broken her knee some time ago. She'd bought the tickets for me as a gift and had not realised that the seats were up on the top gallery. A member of staff ( Paul) noticed this when we were checking in and kindly offered to check on the computer to see if there were any empty seats in the stalls as he had seen that daughter was struggling a bit with her walking. There were some seats available and he showed us to them and they were at the beginning of the row of seats near the door as we went in. They couldn't have been better placed. Paul really went out of his way to help us and it all contributed to us having a great time there so a big thank you for your kind assistance. You helped make our day out special.( the trains were a slightly different matter 😉) but all in all we had a great day out. Thank you to everyone for it..
