The Mandalorian merchandise is being kept in the back office and customers are being told everything is display only or pre-ordered” — the same thing seemed to happen with the Michael movie merchandise a few weeks ago when we visited. Iv seen the merchandise on both occasions, as a staff member would bring them out to sell them whilst buying our tickets, but then told they can’t sell them by their respective managers. Today, the manager literally clawed back the Grogu bucket away from my 10 year old son, as he watched in despair. Why are they holding the stock back when someone is buying the ticket??? After that I just could not get myself to buy the tickets from them anymore. It’s frustrating for genuine film fans and collectors who actually want to enjoy the cinema experience and purchase these items fairly at the same time. Note: **Kudos to Cineworld Bracknell for selling the Mandalorean merchandise fairy to everyone buying a ticket. We bought the Grogu popcorn bucket today and enjoyed watching our movie at Cineworld.***
