  Visited with the wife to watch Strictly Come Dancing. Excellent arena with seating giving excellent views wherever you sit. No car park so have to find a car park then walk to the arena. As expected all food and drinks served are expensive as well as all the memrobilia on sale.Programmes are £10.

  Nice venue and plenty of parking and other attractions close by.. Would def go there again. Plenty of bars but could do with more toilets on some floors.

  I went to see the Strictly pro tour and it was absolutely outstanding. Phenomenal. BUT my experience with Swansea arena was terrible. I am disabled and can't stand properly. My lift couldn't pick me up for a little while after the show ended (yes it was my responsibility to sort the lift but it was the only time they could do it) so I asked the Arena staff if I could simply sit inside the foyer to wait but they refused to let me. So I had to wait outside in the cold and pouring rain. Then I needed the toilet before making the trip home and asked if I could just use their toilet (even showing my matinee ticket and offering to leave my bag and phone with them by the door to prove I was coming straight back) but they refused and told me (knowing I was disabled to go to Tesco or the Leisure Centre meaning I had to somehow get there and back for my lift). The staff were not helpful at all Then I got stuck in the lift by the car park because the doors jammed. I rung the alarm several times panicking as I am disabled and claustrophobic but there was no answer so I had to phone the fire brigade to bust the doors open. I had been enjoying my first time at the arena until I encountered the staff. No help to disabled people So the show - 11 out of 10, the arena itself - 8 out of 10, the staff - 1 out of 10
