  It is now 20:36. I should be at screen 7 watching the film Pressure 36 mins ago. Instead I am home with a bottle of wine and some Doritos. Pretty hacked off. Strap in, I am going to take on a ride of frustration like you wouldn't believe. I left early and got within a stone throw of the cinema for 7pm. Plenty of time. However, the road just closed for resurfacing as I arrived (what are the odds !!!). The diversion signs took you away from Trowbridge which didn't help at all for someone looking to get to the cinema in Trowbridge. I was using Google Maps for directions and in the past it has always been 100% reliable. But even Google couldn't find a route to the cinema that didn't involve a road closure somewhere (there were several different ones I encountered). After 45 mins of trying to figure it out, I ended back where I started. There were no cars going into the cinema and there were no cars coming out. I know as I was stuck there in traffic looking at the Odeon sign on the cinema wall. I did speak to one of the workman at the barruers and asked for help to get to the cinema which I can see just a few yards away. It took him 5 mins to give me directions that I was never going to remember. He tried his best but even he could see the hopelessness of the situation. So I decided to give up and contact the cinema to ask for screening on another day. And that's when the real fun began. On the website there is no telephone number to contact. I asked Google Gemini and it gave me a number. Great. However, when I called it a recorded message said to go to the website and then ended the call abruptly. Next, I go to the website and find the cancellations/refund section in their faqs. However, you cannot do refunds through the website you have to download the Odeon app. Frustration level now reaching a 9.9. But I persevered and logged in. But there was no cancellation option (now rising to 9.95). So I ask Google Gemini again for help where to find the cancellation option and it tells me that I have to cancel within 2 hours of the film starting. Bingo....I've reached a 10. It's now 21:00 and I'm having wine and Doritos and going to watch the T20 highlights of England Vs Sri Lanka. I do hope England win !!!!!!!

  Always really helpful and friendly staff here but the state of the Premium Seats is dreadful. We paid extra to sit here and every one of them looked like this.

  I am writing this to let everyone know DO NOT BUY THE NEW TATO TOTS.!! I had them today when I went to watch the new Spider-Man thinking oh they look nice. Let’s try something new first of all they came really small portion nothing like a picture. Second of all it was sickly and sickening. The cheese was so disgusting the bacon and the crispy onion was so gross a few hours after the film finished I threw up all of it in my toilet do not get it it’s so sickly other than that the film was really good nice staff. 👍
