  Visited odeon Salisbury this week. Scanned our tickets and was directed to our screen, then when queuing to order my sister who was ordering a combo meal and it was very obvious one member of staff couldn’t work out why it wasn’t working, she was shouting down her walkie-talkie and when somebody came to help her she gave them attitude as well as my sister and her partner. When it was our time to order again I felt like I was given a lot of attitude. I myself understand it can be stressful but I’ve never been rude or had attitude towards customers just because I’m annoyed or whatever. Then during our movie around every 20 minutes a worker was interrupting us by slamming open the door, standing and watching for a few seconds and then walking out. This is such a shame because when I’ve visited odeon in previous years staff have been really Good. Overall I think staff need to be trained better, to be told you can’t just give customers attitude if you’re in a bad mood, and that kindness is free.

  Beautiful historic cinema, well worth the experience of watching a movie like they did many years ago with the historic building. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Always go back to watch more, yes you could go to a modern ODEON some place else but it deffo will not be the same or have the same historic feeling.

  A big thank you to the team at Odeon Cinema for making our visit such a great experience. We needed some help getting our tickets sorted, and the lady at the front desk was absolutely brilliant. Even though she was incredibly busy, she stayed calm, patient, and genuinely helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we got everything sorted and made us feel welcomed. It’s the little things like friendly, caring customer service that make such a difference. A huge credit to the team, thank you for making our cinema experience even better!

  Cinema is in a old theater house, staff was friendly and the cinema was being cleaned when I arrived. As per previous reviews the venue is quite outdated for a odeon premises, the seats were old, some was torn and that was the premium seats aswell, also during the movie the only complaint was the speaker / audio setup did crackle and buzz in section of high bass. But other than that it was a pretty good experience. Would go again if ever in the area

  First visit in a few years. Long may this cinema remain. The oldest building in the country used as a cinema.
