  We came here recently, we enjoyed our visit. The cinema is modern and the chairs are comfy, it's a little bit pricy but trust me it's worth it! 👍 Would come here again.

  Fair play to the staff! Had a cracking night at Odeon Cardiff Bay, and honestly, the staff are the absolute stars of the show. It’s pretty obvious they’re running on a skeleton crew these days—god knows how they manage to keep a place that size from falling apart when there are hundreds of us descending on them at once. You’d expect them to be a bit miserable given the workload and the likely pay packet, but they were all smiles and working their socks off. To keep that level of energy up in such a demanding gig suggests they’ve got a top-tier manager backing them up. Odeon, listen to me: your people in the Bay are world-class. You’re lucky to have them because they’re the ones carrying the place. Great film, but the team on shift were the real highlights. Absolute legends!

  A good cinema, standard to excellent viewing. Staff are extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. Well made selection of food items. Although it is odeon you know what your getting, it sets the standard of what baseline cinema is in the uk. I don't expect more or less and neither should anyone reading this. Overall, it's simply puts the viewer emersed into the film and that's all I need.

  We went to an IMAX viewing at the odeon, however in scenes with a lot of white on the screen, there was some weird contamination visible that was very distracting to see. I could see a lot of specific red, green and blue dots on top of the white heavy scenes, which really took me out of the film, which is really disappointing for a more expensive and what should be premium imax experience.

  Having not been to an Odeon for 15 years prior, it was fun going to see a film rerelease on the IMAX screen. The IMAX here is on the smaller size compared to others in the UK, however not the smallest - sound was great! Usual fare available snack-wise however on the Saturday night I visited there was nobody on the Ben & Jerry's counter and the popcorn was bland in parts. However the seating was great and much more comfortable than it used to be, clean and well maintained also.
