Don't go during hot weather. Although advertised as premium cinema (iSense), they didn't turn on the air con. I was sweating throughout the film and my kids were complaining the whole time. Spend over £60+ for 4 as well. Not a premium experience.

Great cinema. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The recliner seats are very comfortable and the picture and sound quality fantastic. Will definitely return. 🙂
This is certainly one of the better Odeons I've been in, in recent times.
The facilities are great with an extensive concessions counter, an in-house Costa Coffee and plenty of toilets, which are kept in top tier condition.
The screens themselves are large with recliner seating and a quality sound system, so you can see and hear every detail.
The only concern I have is the top floor corridor always looks... wet? Damp? But doesn't feel it. Is this the design? Its hard to tell! Its only an aesthetics thing, but it is odd...

Haven't been to the cinema for years ,but yesterday we went as a family to see the sheep detectives.
My daughter is a ambulatory wheelchair user and needs to use it all the time when we are out as she suffers terrible seizures.
The cinema has disability access apparently!!
If you don't use a wheelchair you'll think ohh that's good they have a lift and brilliant changing places toilets.
But in reality they have a tiny lift that most wheelchairs won't be able to get in . You go in a narrow door and exit from a side opening ,making it impossible to have a carer in with you to help !
It's not good enough ,I've looked back on reviews and it's been like this for at least 7 yrs.
Then the brilliant changing places toilets
Ohh wow they have them !
It was disgusting, filthy bins overflowing no loo roll no hand soap or hand dryers or hand towels .
The floor was filthy and the toilet coverd in poo!
How can the ladies toilets be clean with loo roll hand soap and a huge row of expensive hand dryers and the disabled facilities be so disgusting?
It's not acceptable!
Somewhere that a person who needs help and can't run out with their pants down for some loo roll .
Come on odeon give the disabled community some respect!
I tried to speak to a member of staff after the show but I don't think it will go anywhere.
Ohh I'm the duty manager and have just got on shift !!
For god sake the loos not been cleaned or checked for months .
I've tried to send in a complaint but I don't know if they will get back to me.
I don't think they read the reviews or something would have been done 7 yrs ago.
Other things are no one see you to your seat and it's very dark.
In theatre number 1 there is big hole in the floor that is very dangerous and I have no idea what it's for . should at the very least have a light on it or yellow tape.
The volume of the sound is so loud nearly blasted my head off and there was no air-conditioning on so was not pleasant.
This experience has put my daughter off going again and has traumatized her so much that I don't think we will be going again.
We have been to the theatre in London and in Woking and they have staff who are helpful and lifts that work and clean loos . what is the point of having changing places toilets if you can't use them or risk getting more sick by using them ?
I will be reporting to the environmental health as it's not fit for the purpose.
Hope this massive message helps others to make an informed decision on whether to go to the Epsom odeon or not !
In my case not !
I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with the service at Odeon Epsom today. From the moment I walked in, the welcome was outstanding — and a big thank you goes to Lee on the front desk.
Lee’s friendly attitude and genuine smile made a real difference. You don’t always expect that level of warmth, but it completely set the tone for the visit. I came in excited to watch a film, and that positive first interaction made the whole experience even better.
It’s service like this that makes you want to come back again — a proper credit to the team at Odeon Epsom.
Thanks again, Lee — keep doing what you’re doing!
