  We just came to watch a film brought snacks and everything showed a lady our tickets and for her to look at us and say we are not the people who booked the tickets when we was. didn’t even ask who we was or anything just looked at us and said your not the person and we are not letting you in as apparently on her end it says two men and I’m not a man so I’m not allowed to go in. So you’re telling me my boyfriend pays for this odeon membership and he is not allowed to take anyone else with him basically because they are not a man !! That’s literally what we got told and tells us to pay for more tickets!! How disgusting so instead we had to go all the way back home instead of having a nice time at the cinema.. never had a problem like this ever it’s actually shocking !!

  Hi I just wanted to say a big thank you to Carl yesterday who help me solve an issue as I was not able previously on Sunday to watch a film due to a problem with promotional vouchers I had previously bought from the odeon online, I called back into the odeon yesterday to try and talk to a manager but when I spoke to Carl he ask me if he could help and he did, not a problem for him, he listened to what I had to say and help me resolve the problem I had and I am know able to book my tickets to watch my films I like, honestly a big thank you for taking your time and helping me I did really appreciate it thank you Michelle

  A great cinema with excellent seating. The only downside was Costa, I don't understand their appeal. The coffee is overpriced and bland. I never use them. The film was Pressure. Absolutely brilliant.

  Parking here is terrible for wheelchair users. The disabled bays are almost standard car-width spaces with zero hatched access zones on the sides or rear. If someone parks next to you, it is impossible to fully open a door or get a wheelchair in and out.
